I love how soft yet firm the mattress is with the addition of keeping both my husband and I cool during the night. Our husky even approves! The mattress is also very stylish, high quality and cooling to the touch. It came perfectly packaged and was probably one of more hassle free set ups I've had for a mattress! I can't recommend this mattress enough!

My mattress was already gone, one side was sunk in but I couldn't afford a mattress at the moment. I was blessed with this mattress from tryit for my honest opinion. This mattress is well worth it, I love the quality of it, it helps with my pressure points. I have a really bad back and this mattress helped a lot. It's breathable and durable. It came in a box vacuum sealed but it was easy to open up and place. It formed quickly.

We waited a solid week and it didn’t get to the full 12 inches. It’s comfortable enough but much firmer than I like. I was expecting it to be softer. We got it for a second spare bedroom that is only used a couple times a year. For our purposes it works just fine. It has a Sage green color and the packaging is well done. It’s vacuum sealed so the box is quite small considering the size of the mattress. Was easy to move around and unpack

This mattress arrived in a box smaller than I thought. The mattress was compressed, and easy to unpack. I read that it takes 48 to 72 hours to fully decompress, but within a couple of hours it appeared fully open. It is very comfortable, firm but soft and comfortable. I was worried about body heat retention, but so far, that hasn't been an issue - I assume the gel helps. There was no "off-gassing" that I've read about with other mattresses. So far, we are very happy with the purchase.

The mattress arrived in a box and then the mattress itself was wrapped in plastic. I love how super convenient the packaging is! Once I unpackaged it, I was pleasantly surprised with have fast this mattress decompressed! Even after a few short hours, the mattress was already nice and plush! My husband and I have been using this mattress for the past week and we continue to be impressed! This mattress is super comfortable and our sleep has never been better! My husband’s back pain has improved so much since sleeping on this mattress. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband tosses and turns throughout the night and he eventually admitted that our current mattress was causing him extreme back pain which carried over into the day and while at work. We have used memory foam mattresses in the past and this mattress from Zinus seemed like a great option. It comes shipped in an extra large box and the mattress itself is vacuum packed. It is quite heavy, over 90+ lbs, so bring some muscle when carrying it into your home or to your bedroom if you’re not confident you can do it on your own. My recommendation would be to remove your current mattress and then put this one in place onto your box springs as best as you can before cutting through the vacuum seal, as it will immediately expand and make it difficult to maneuver. The mattress includes a nice little insert with instructions on the edge of the mattress wrapping which can be slipped out without disturbing the vacuum seal. We decided to set this up prior to leaving our home for the weekend so it expanded for almost 3 full days before it was actually used to sleep on. I did not notice any chemical smell on the mattress upon opening it or in the room after we returned which was a big positive. I didn’t measure to see if it expanded a full 12 inches high but it appeared solid and the material was pulled taut and not sagging. My husband and I prefer a king size bed, as we are both very light sleepers and need our own space to spread out. One thing I noticed is that I haven’t been waking when my husband comes to bed at night due to absorption of the movement. Another positive is that this mattress does not retain heat like some others and I stayed cool throughout the night. As far as the comfort level, it really is a great balance between being soft yet being firm at the same time. My husband is a stomach sleeper and I am a back sleeper yet we both found this mattress to be supportive and comfortable. Going with this memory foam mattress was a great decision and I definitely recommend it.

You open everything and it slowly puffs up and takes shape. Took a few days for the new smell to go away. So comfy five stars in my book.
