I swear Zinus has it figured out- from the easy bed frame install to the best cooling mattress! Atlanta summer nights are no joke and this mattress is the perfect solution! I love how soft yet firm the mattress is with the addition of keeping both my husband and I cool during the night. Our husky even approves! The mattress is also very stylish, high quality and cooling to the touch. It came perfectly packaged and was probably one of more hassle free set ups I've had for a mattress! I can't recommend this mattress enough!

From the first time I laid on it it was so comfortable and conformed perfectly to my body, without feeling like I was sinking into the it. As soon as you get off of it, it’s shape quickly returns. No more struggling trying to get a big clumsy mattress upstairs. And I have had neck problems for a few years and sleeping on this mattress has helped tremendously. I honestly don't know how I've lived without this mattress!!! I must have gone thru at least 4 previous mattress's that claimed to take away pain on pressure points and help with insomnia and none of them did until now! I have haven't slept this well since when I was a baby! It is such a joy to get a full night's sleep and when I have to get up in the middle of the night or in the morning not to have joint pains on top of my insomnia! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband tosses and turns throughout the night and he eventually admitted that our current mattress was causing him extreme back pain which carried over into the day and while at work. We have used memory foam mattresses in the past and this mattress from Zinus seemed like a great option. It comes shipped in an extra large box and the mattress itself is vacuum packed. It is quite heavy, over 90+ lbs, so bring some muscle when carrying it into your home or to your bedroom if you’re not confident you can do it on your own. My recommendation would be to remove your current mattress and then put this one in place onto your box springs as best as you can before cutting through the vacuum seal, as it will immediately expand and make it difficult to maneuver. The mattress includes a nice little insert with instructions on the edge of the mattress wrapping which can be slipped out without disturbing the vacuum seal. We decided to set this up prior to leaving our home for the weekend so it expanded for almost 3 full days before it was actually used to sleep on. I did not notice any chemical smell on the mattress upon opening it or in the room after we returned which was a big positive. I didn’t measure to see if it expanded a full 12 inches high but it appeared solid and the material was pulled taut and not sagging. My husband and I prefer a king size bed, as we are both very light sleepers and need our own space to spread out. One thing I noticed is that I haven’t been waking when my husband comes to bed at night due to absorption of the movement. Another positive is that this mattress does not retain heat like some others and I stayed cool throughout the night. As far as the comfort level, it really is a great balance between being soft yet being firm at the same time. My husband is a stomach sleeper and I am a back sleeper yet we both found this mattress to be supportive and comfortable. Going with this memory foam mattress was a great decision and I definitely recommend it.

Just upgraded to the Ultra Cooling Green Tea and let me tell you, it's a game changer! This bed is seriously like sleeping on a cloud...a cloud that's been infused with green tea and has built-in air conditioning. My kids can't get enough of it, jumping around with glee, while all our pets have claimed their spots. Trust me, this mattress is seriously next-level comfy. Seriously, you have to have to try it to believe it. My only regret? That I didn't upgrade sooner! Night

We've been looking for an affordable memory foam mattress that's comfortable for us hot sleepers. The Zinus 12" Green Tea Infused Memory Foam mattress is perfect. It's easy to unbox and the foam expands quickly. It's so comfortable we've even let our dog snuggle on it.

This mattress arrived in a box smaller than I thought. The mattress was compressed, and easy to unpack. I read that it takes 48 to 72 hours to fully decompress, but within a couple of hours it appeared fully open. It is very comfortable, firm but soft and comfortable. I was worried about body heat retention, but so far, that hasn't been an issue - I assume the gel helps. There was no "off-gassing" that I've read about with other mattresses. So far, we are very happy with the purchase.
