Very happy with my new mattress. Comfortable top memory foam layer, with good firm foam support below. Mild off-gassing smell for a few days, but not that bad. Seems to be resolved now. Overall, quite pleased

I’ve had my ultra cooling mattress for about a month now. I’ve paired it with linen sheets for extra breathability and feel like it does a great job at not getting too hot while I sleep. But so far that’s been where the positives have ended. The mattress is very very firm. I thought it might take a little break in period but a month and some change in and it’s still brutally firm. Im a side/slight stomach sleeper and I’ve noticed that since getting the mattress I wake up feeling tired still and I have had pain in my back that definitely wasn’t there before. I’ve ordered a topper for it to hopefully bring some relief for my sleep but overall I’ve been pretty let down by the mattress. I can’t say I’d recommend it and unfortunately will probably be avoiding Zinus as a brand moving forward.

Great mattress. Easy to open and filled out quickly. We are pleased with the purchase.

The mattress we replaced was a16 yr old pillow top. I refused to get another pillow top, so we looked for a good out of the box mattress. It was better than I expected. The comfort zones I believe are accurate and I no longer wake up hurting. The mattress gives under you to the shape your body needs. Sooo comfortable!!

This bed is the perfect balance of soft and supportive. I started with the original green tea mattress and it is incredibly comfortable but not supportive enough for me. For reference, I currently have three bulging discs and a herniated disc. I am able to sleep all night and never get woken up by back pain. The cooling is nice. It's not too much. Shipping was fast, price was right, no odors, excellent product.

This bed is like sleeping on the floor. This bed is hard to rotate on. If you have issues with your arms falling asleep and you have to rotate, this isn’t the bed for you! It is NOT good for side sleepers, hurts my back and I wake up feeling like I’ve slept on a floor all night. I am returning this.

I should have returned my mattress before 100 nights trial. I found it plush in the beginning but it is getting more plush to the point where I would fall off the bed if I sit on the edges. My neck and back hurt so bad and I started physiotherapy. I am in search of a new firm mattress now that would support my back. It was the most expensive mattress with high expectations when I first purchased it. It was waste of money and damage to my body.

Getting a good restful sleep with this queen size mattress. The first night, I was ready to kick it to the curb, but after the second night, I was okay . It is different from any mattress that we have owned in the past. You really sink down in this one. I am pretty much a side sleeper and have no trouble sleeping that way and with this mattress I can also sleep flat on my back. Can’t say it’s any cooler than our previous mattress but it was also a “cooler “ type mattress. Bottom line is that I am glad I bought it. Give it a few nights before passing judgement.

Mattress in a box never puffed up to 12”. Seems like some kind of defect. Returned for tefund
