Iv'e purchased this before and don't quite understand why the softgels are stuck together.Was it the shipper that let them overheat, because I store them in a cabinet in my kitchen and the space is cooled and heated with central air.

My family buys this product regularly, but our recent purchase had all of the capsules stuck together inside the bottle. All of the bottles on the pallet in the store were like this. Perhaps they got too hot in the truck on the way to the store.
