This is my second Tempur-pedic. I previously owned a Cloud. I don't think one can beat the quality. It is comfortable, firm (even though medium), with good body support. Scott was very helpful, professional and easy to work with. We appreciated John and Brady's quick and professional delivery.

I guess time will tell but, so far, this is the best mattress I have owned and with a 60 month not interest deal, is a no brainer. Feels like I finally hit the jackpot here and hope it stays for many years to come. The firmness is exactly what I was looking for, and the ability to move without disturbing my partner makes it even better.

I have been using it for less than a year and feels like it sagging and higher in the middle. I was told that it doesn't have memory. I still paying for it and when I request the warranty and even send clear pictures of it they deny. They said that I should go to the store where it was buy and the store said that It has to be tempur pedic . We are senior and this is not fair.

We are 35 years old. Have had our bed for 4 years. First year we loved this mattress past 3 we are tossing and turning every night because we wake up so uncomfortable and having pain in back and shoulders. We both wake up every morning in pain. Our sleep quality is awful it’s gotten so soft and does not adequately conform to relieve pressure. I’m so disappointed in this bed for the money we spent and that it’s gotten so bad so fast. I would never recommend spending this much money on this brand. Will never buy another.

I tried many different kinds of mattresses in the store and nothing came close to the comfort of the tempurpedic mattress. I bounced between different types and just couldn't find anything better. It's a life changer for sure. My back and side are not painful any more

After sleeping on a soft Luxe Breeze for 1.5 years and figuring out it was the source of upper back pain, I tried 5 different mattress's before finally doing a lot of research (AI was a huge help) to figure out what I needed. It came down to a Nectar Ultra vs Tempurpedic ProAdapt. I wasn't taking any more chances, and having had extremely good luck in the past with Tempurpedic, I hit the bullet and paid the huge price. After one night, I do not regret the purchase!

Was afraid when I bought material would degrade over time. I bought because I was assured it would be covered by warranty if that was case. Now 5 ish years later, mattress material is permanently degraded and unusable. Company won't honor warranty because I have a stain on mattress (it's been in use).

After our bed had been set up and in place by the installers, it was near impossible for us to get to the tag and find the registration number. Why not put it in the front where there is a hanging tag with a QR code to get to the registration page if there's other tags hanging in the front, it should be somewhere much more accessible such as in that same spot at the zipper area.

We just purchased the Tempur-Pro Adapt Split King after being dissatisfied with the weight of the competing brand (Stearns Foster). This product also has the advantage of being easier to turn over during the night since one of us is a side sleeper. The support feels amazing and we are very pleased with the mattress weight being 20 pounds lighter, much easier in changing the sheets! The store in Troy (Ohio), managed by Laura, did a fabulous job with the entire process. The delivery, exchange and installation was very fast and efficient. Gary and Harley were pleasant, professional and fast! We're looking forward to longer and healthier sleep with greater comfort, resulting in better energy levels. Sitting on side of bed is very uncomfortable and you almost slide off due to lack of support on side of bed which is very disappointing from a "FIRM" mattress. In addition, the mattress slides away from the headboard far enough the pillows fall to ground before stopped by bracket on foot of bed.
