I have hip & shoulder problems and this mattress allows me to sleep so comfortably throughout the night now! I love how it supports my whole body! We also have their amazing pillows too! I have waited a few months to provide my review to allow my body and mind to adjust to the huge change. I was previously using a very cheap pillowtop mattress. After 3 months, I can say this is the most comfortable mattress I probably could own, unless I get a few tax brackets higher and find a gold plated cloud some how. My one issue is how I am a hot body person and sleep hot compared to most, I need the AC to blast to keep me from sweating at night because the temperature of my body is held by the bed very well and it is a little hard to stay asleep sometimes for that reason. For hot sleepers, I would recommend another option. As far as the softness, I got the softest option. I was hoping for the most lux feeling with having back support simultaneously. This went pretty well for me so far, but again, the softness makes the bed conform to your body, so when you have the fluffiness around the edges of your body, you are getting insulation from the bed, and that free heat may help or hurt some! I don't like that aspect but I keep AC high anyways because I'm very warm blooded. I haven't had any back problems since getting the bed and adjusting (adjustment took a week or two, body was sore to the bone while getting used to the new mattress). I was having weekly back problems from a car wreck a few years ago. I think I hit the nail on the head for the most part, but thinking back, I would have gotten a slightly-more-firm option than SOFT.

My wife and I have been looking to buy a new mattress for some time. We both have back problems. I was looking at many different memory foam mattress but none of them will support weight over 200 lbs. Unbeknown to me my wife went furniture shopping before Christmas. She called me and asked me to come and check the mattress out. We decided on the Pro adapt medium split king. All I can say is we are both having the best sleep ever. We both wake up with no back or neck pain. After a week of sleeping on the new mattress, one evening I said to my wife that I could remember many years ago that I would never spend that kind of money on a bed. I am glad that we did.

I have been sleeping on this mattress for 3 weeks. It feels OK when I initially get into bed. But, I wake up after about 5 hours with pain in my hip & lower leg. Sometimes I also have lower back pain. I usually have to get up & go elsewhere to sleep for another 3 hours. I previously had an Adapt medium mattress for nearly 3 months. It was too soft, made turning in bed difficult & usually caused lower back discomfort. I would sink down into the mattress. I returned it & got the Pro-Adapt firm mattress. It is too firm & does not relieve pressure on my joints as I had hoped. I chose a mattress of foam & without inner spring coils, expecting a more comfortable bed. So far, it has been a big disappointment, especially after I paid so much money for it. I hope that it will become more comfortable with a little more time.

We got our ProAdapt Medium Hybrid at the beginning of January, and I was a bit nervous because I heard that some people need a few weeks to adjust to their new Tempur-Pedic. But it was literally the best night sleep I had in awhile the very first night. Definitely get the medium hybrid if you're unsure on the level of firmness, and if you don't like that sinking in feeling. The added springs combined with the memory foam is perfect. Also me and my fiance are a bit on the hefty side and it's still holding up beautifully so don't worry about your weight. I also no longer wake up with back pain, so that's amazing. I know it's expensive, but it's worth it. I spent months researching mattress brands, and I realize that these things are pricey for a reason. Honestly if you need a sign to get it, here it is. Just do it.

From the first night on this mattress, my sleep was totally different. I sleep through the night even though I live right next to a train track that runs all night. My cat jumps on and off the bed during the night and that doesn't disturb me anymore, either. My back is feeling better than ever. I had done a lot of research and was back-and-forth on whether to get a Tempur Pedic or Purple mattress, and I feel like I made the right choice to go with Tempur Pedic. I love everything about this mattress.

It is very supportive and soft at the same time. Very helpful for my husband's bad back. Great delivery service as well.

Is taking me a while to "break in" the mattress. I feel sad because after almost three months my mattress still doesn't feel soft and confortable. On the other hand, I was sick on bed for a week, and I never experienced back pain as I have before with other mattresses after being on bed for that long. Me está costando acostumbrarme al colchón. Me da pena porque después de casi tres meses, mi colchón todavía no se siente suave y cómodo. Por otro lado, estuve enferma en cama por una semana y nunca experimenté dolor de espalda como en otras ocasiones con otros colchones después de estar en cama tanto tiempo.

We have not seen any difference yet, we're having worse back and neck pain. We were told to use it for 120 days before we could see any difference. We are using this bed over a little over 2 weeks now. The bed retains heat. So prepare to lower your thermostat. We will give another review after the time frame.

The ProAdapt Medium hybrid is the perfect blend of contouring memory foam and support. The hybrid prevents the feeling of sinking too far into the bed, especially when doing things like sitting in the bed and watching TV. Hands down the best mattress I have ever slept on.
