I have back/disc problems and sleep apnea. I love my new proadapt medium hybrid mattress with adjustable base! With other mattresses I never could sleep all night without waking. With my new one I can sleep through the night without waking and I feel more rested in the morning. Super comfortable, quality mattress, and it's more affordable than I thought.

Our base showed up with a tear in the fabric from shipping, they sent out a replacement right away.

We upgraded to this mattress from a "hybrid" Sterns & Foster. My wife has severe scoliosis and needed a pure foam, firm mattress. The Pro-Adapt is just a great mattress. Cool, super supportive, and really terrific for people who have spinal issues such as my wife. I love it too. Best mattress of about a dozen that I've owned in my life. Wish it were cheaper, because then I'd buy two more for the other bedrooms.

My husband and I purchased the Tempur-pedic adjustable bed on the advise of my Dr. We decided on the Adapt-Pro Luxe soft mattress. It was well worth taking his advise! I have joint/muscle issues and this bed truly does seem to take a lot of the stress off the body. I slightly elevate the head to sleep and NO sleep issues! Anyone having acid reflux will benefit from the elevated head. I have had several nights that I will sleep 5-6 hours without waking once. This is awesome for me! My husband claims he is more comfortable on this mattress than he has ever been before...waking totally pain free. I would definitely recommend this model to anyone having pain sleep issues. It is a horrible expense, but well worth the money involved. As for the temper-pedic support folks....they were great helping us solve a child lock shutdown on one of our remotes. I give this product a full thumbs up for sleep comfort.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. We received this bed as our previous Tempurpedic Contour Elite which was only 2 1/2 years old was defective and after trying the new Pro Adapt soft mattress a few nights we tried to exchange it for a Pro Adapt Medium mattress and were told we could not after we were given the run around. so we got rid of it. Ten nights of very uncomfortable rest was all we could take. We have been exclusively Tempurpedic customers since our first mattress in 2002 and have owned three mattress since but will not purchase again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I sleep very steady. You can hardly see I have been in the bed in the morning as I have not been moving at all. So it is very important the mattress support my body perfect. The Pro Adapt do this almost allways.

I chose TempurPedic primarily because I needed to try the mattress before I bought it. There are many "highly rated" mattresses that only are available online but I was not going to buy "sight unseen". The Flagship store associate added value to my purchase with her clear explanations and patience while I debated which firmness to get and went back and forth between the displays. There was also good followup because I did not purchase during my initial store visit and had additional questions. The "White Glove" delivery and 90 day trial were also important factors in my decision.

My last tempur-pedic lasted 20 years and was wonderful, but did finally get old. So, we bought this one last month and it is even better - so soft and comfy. We both slept better than ever. My husband weighs twice as much as I do, so when he rolls over, on most beds I feel it. With this one I don't. There is no slope when he is in bed either. It has support right up to the edges too. It's taller than the last one, so that took a bit of getting used to, but we have. For us, this is the very best bed possible (and we have tried many).
