[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had the bed, mattress and base for a few months. At first I thought it was too firm. But know it is softening. I love it. The comfort is amazing. I recently went on vacation. As I suspected I miss my Tempur-pedic. The only issue I have so far is finding sheets that fit the adjustable bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bed is ok, works fine, almost too firm compared to what we tested in the stores. Delivery and customer service were awful. Delivery "forgot" to put our bed on the truck the first day with little apology, more like "oh-well, not our problem." After a conversation with them explaining the difficulty in being away from work as we are both directors in our respective companies, they promise to schedule delivery for the following week, later after 4pm. 5 days later my husband is pulled away from work at because they were on their way to deliver our bed, absolutely before 4, well before 4. To make it right they offered to send us 2 pillows. Fine, I was going to purchase new pillows anyways. Although it doesn't return the significant time away from work I don't have to shop for new pillows. This was the last correspondence from them 3 weeks ago, mid-September. Since then nothing, no emails, no pillows, and no answering the phone. I sent a follow up email from my email address, my name was used to purchase the bed but contact info was for my husband so he could coordinate things, quickly received a response telling me to go to the third party I purchased from. I purchased directly through the web site. I responded with this information and my husband's information and received a very rude and short response stating they couldn't find any record of my purchase with them so they couldn't help. I've finally sent the correspondence with my husband attached to my email. Let's see what happens. I suspect more of the same- nothing.

We have cycled through a number of mattresses, believing the hype, falling for the direct to consumer marketing, hoping beyond hope that the next mattress to arrive would be the one to solve all the aching sleepless nights. We finally broke down and ordered the Tempur-ProAdapt FIRM (the firm part is important!) after breaking through our weird thinking that a Tempur-Pedic mattress was out of reach for us. The mattress arrived and even the delivery team remarked on it's firm-ness. The first night of sleep was terrible for me because I was constantly waking up wondering if I was comfortable or not. The second night was a little better, the third night a little better...by the second week of sleeping on the mattress I honestly cannot imagine sleeping on anything else. We are combination sleepers - both side and back - and we are of average weights. The firm mattress supports our backs, doesn't make our arms fall asleep, and we stay asleep longer. In fact, I have been getting, on average, 1.5-2 more hours of sleep each night because I'm not driven from the bed by my discomfort!

I promise you that you can't lay on this mattress for long before you give into the need to sleep. For me and my wife it is cool, firm but so comfortable. I have had chronic back pain for years but in these last few months I haven't slept better. No complaints from us. G.M.B.

Due to my spine stenosis, initially I bought a hard mattress which worse my pain. After 30 days , choose between Medium and Soft, and I switched to a soft one and the difference is huge. Much more comfortable, seems you are sleeping almost floating . I think it will get even better. Glad I did buy a soft Temper-Pedic

For years I've been tossing and turning at night and then waking achy and sore in the morning. I finally realized the problem could be the firmness of my mattress. By that point I had owned 2 Tempur-pedicure mattresses. So I did my research - again Tempur-pedic was the top choice. I ordered a Pro Adapt firm. What a HUGE difference!! I'm sleeping better than I have in years! every night is a treat. To say I'm happy with my purchase is an understatement. Highly recommend.

Two stars because I've only had it for a week, but so far I'm not impressed. I bought a firm Adapt but I feel like I'm sinking in. I have to constantly move from one side to the other at night because I feel like I'm falling into a hole. When I sit on the side of the mattress to get up to the bathroom at night, I have to switch sides or I'll roll out from the depression I created sitting on the side.

The hybrid was perfect for us because it wasn't too firm like memory foam sometimes is, and it has little bounce/give that you need to not feel like your on a firm piece of foam. I don't wake up with a sore back anymore and the king size provides plenty of room.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased the firm mattress. I have enjoyed it's firmness and how the memory foam conforms to your body without sacrificing any of the firmness. I gave it 4 stars because the mattress is shorter in length than my previous mattress. My bed is also sitting lower but I plan to get risers to bring it up about 3in.

We love our new mattresses and bed bases My hip pain has disappeared and my husbands snoring is almost non existant as we can raise his head with his split mattress base. These are definity not inexpensive mattresses and bed bases but considering how much time we spend sleeping and how important a good nights sleep is to our health we consider the investment to be completely justified. Besides our slit Pro Adapt mattresses we purchased the Ergo extend bases. We love the experiance of a great nights sleep that they provide. Originally I chose the firm mattress and my husband chose medium, on practically the last day if our 90 day trial my husband decided to change to a firm mattress. We called the provided number and without any problems were assured the exchange would be made, which it rapidly was. Everything our salesman Matthew had promised us regarding quality of product and service was true.
