[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mattress was delivered as expected. Didn't have too much of a memory foam smell/smell dissipated quickly. Very comfortable to sleep on. I'd had a full memory foam Tempur-Pedic mattress in the past. The new hybrid is definitely better for me though. The increased edge support in particular is nice so I don't feel like I'm falling off the bed when I'm close to the edge.

We got the firm split king with adjustable base based on recommendations of back dr and Physical therapist. It felt great in the store ( after hundreds had tried it out) and I was warned it would take some time to break in, so I'm trying to be patient. It is getting better and I have high hopes. The two big problems is the bottom sheet constantly pulling out and never being really tight while sleeping. The second is making the bed! It's near impossible to make it tight . The corners stay put but the middle never stays that way. I added a very good mattress pad and it helps some. I have ordered QuickZip sheets because changing the sheets weekly is just way to difficult as we are older. Hopefully that will make a big difference and waiting for the shipment to arrive. I'm looking forward to the bed getting more comfortable.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love our tempurpedic which was our first "high end" mattress purchase after sleeping on cheap stuff for years. It's been over 9 months of nightly use and it feels as good as day 1. The medium hybrid seems to be the perfect balance of soft plushness and support for my wife and I and of course we love the adjustability. Paired with cozy earth sheets and big blanket co comforter makes getting in bed the highlight of the day most days. Highly recommend!

The soft mattress is great. The pillows are comfortable and the bed head and foot raising is great. My back feels a lot better in the morning. Only thing I wish I had gotten a king size vs queen. Always had a king bed but decided to downsize. It's still great.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. My previous mattress was terrible so probably just about any new mattress would be a huge upgrade but I am very happy I went with Tempurpedica

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have owned a tempurpedic for 15 years and was completely happy with it still. I wanted a larger bed and tempurpedic still builds the best bed. So supportive yet forgiving. There's no other bed in my mind.

I told the sales person that I wanted a MEDIUM FIRM but the bed that arrived was MEDIUM ... turns out to be SOFTER than I wanted. Very nice bed but not what I waned. If there are no beds called MEDIUM FIRM then the salesman should have told me and I would have asked for a FIRM!!

The product is very firm although it is supposed to be soft... NOT! It is very low to ground. The metal bar at foot of bed makes it impossible to sit at at end of mattress. Annoying!! I have a king mattress made up of two twin XL mattresses. The mattresses separate at center of bed causing a gap, which is uncomfortable. These mattresses are very expensive and I wish I could return!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the way you initially sink into the bed when you first lay down. Once settled the mattress offers a level of comfortable firmness. I sleep much better on this bed compared to the sleep number bed I had before.
