This is my third Tempur-Pedic and my least favorite. I wake up with shoulder and hip pressure. Wished I bought another brand.

I am dealing with Temperpeduic from years , I never saw customer service and quality like this a++++++

We really like our pro hybrid medium. However if I could choose again I would have gone with the soft rather than medium.
