Initially, we thought the bed wasn't going to be comfortable--it's so different from a normal mattress. It can feel board-stiff when you first plop down on it, but that is easy to adapt to because once you're settled in for sleep, it's seriously the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on. Those little annoyances in a regular mattress (like feeling like you're rolling into the middle when sleeping with your spouse, or the whole dang thing jiggles when she gets up at night) are 100% gone. If you can afford it, I highly, highly recommend. The one thing I don't like about it is that it can trap some serious heat. I sleep very hot, and even with the thermostat set to 64 F, I still sometimes wake up sweating. I should have bought the cooling mattress but it's more expensive.

The warranty provided partial coverage and we jumped at the chance to get a new mattress. These are the best mattresses and the company has been easy to work with. Highly Recommend.

Purchased midium Matress ProadaptMD-king with base on August 18, 2021 and after 30 days it was not comfortable and the only other option they gave us was to exchange it for the Firm one and pay the difference. We had paid so much already and we hoped the firm one was going to be better but no way, it feels like sleeping on concrete so firm that it does not even conform to the adjustable base when raised and on top of that it's way too hot even with the cooling protector they sold us. It's so hot that my husband and I are starting to experience kidney pain on one side and my back pain has worsened, If I sleep in my side I feel like my ribcage gets compressed and can't find a good position at all. Paid so much for it trying to find a solution to my back pain. Have contacted Tempurpedic and pretty much indicated they can't do anything about it we stuck with this bed because we purchased through a retailer and they won't do anything about it either. We much rather sleep on our couch now. What a waste of money.

My last Beautyrest mattress only lasted for 18 months. I have owned Beautyrest for many years. I purchased it and a 900 adjustable base. I switched to a Tempurpedic and the change is great! My wife is TROUGHLY happy. The Tempurpedic base is an extra that has helped make the sleeping experience even more enjoyable. These are great MATTRESSES!

Firm, but doesn't cause discomfort. It is PERFECT for me. 5'5", 135 lbs, 34 yrs, female. I've never had a more comfortable bed than this. Only downside was I had to air it out for two months to get rid of that chemical smell, but I am VERY sensitive to smells. It's great now after four months of use. Contrary to popular belief, it is very supportive of activities other than sleeping. Great bed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely love our tempurpedic which was our first "high end" mattress purchase after sleeping on cheap stuff for years. It's been over 9 months of nightly use and it feels as good as day 1. The medium hybrid seems to be the perfect balance of soft plushness and support for my wife and I and of course we love the adjustability. Paired with cozy earth sheets and big blanket co comforter makes getting in bed the highlight of the day most days. Highly recommend!

Not worth the price. This mattress is horrible. It's way to firm even for a medium. We wake up several times a night tossing and turning. Often times our shoulders hurt and our arms go numb from lack of blood flow. Since the next softest mattress is $1k more, we will be returning to the store for a refund and going with a different brand.

This mattress was a replacement for a warranty issue that we had with our previous Pro-Adapt. The very first night we slept on this mattress, we noted how "hot" the mattress was. We never had an issue with the temperature, with our previous mattress. In fact, the bedding on the mattress was exactly the same bedding that we used with the new mattress. Since that first night, we have had numerous issues with the temperature of the mattress. Either my wife or myself have been kicking the "lighter" bedding off of us during the night, in order to sleep. I reached out to one of your customer care agents to discuss the issue we were having, and that agent forwarded our complaints to someone other than herself. We received an e-mail a few days later, stating that the mattress was a warranty replacement and that we were "stuck" with the mattress. "There is nothing that Tempurpedic will do at this time"! We paid an additional amount of money for the mattress that the warranty did not cover and at this point, I am greatly considering replacing the mattress with another product. This is not our first Tempuric Mattress that we owned and at this point in time it might be my last. You are not standing behind your product and I am sure that this review posted on Social Media will surely sway others from purchasing a mattress from your company. We are definitely sleeping better on this mattress. What is disappointing, is that it is advertised to be a cooler mattress. It is cooler if you do not put the recommended mattress cover or any sheets on the mattress. Once you put these on the mattress, it is not any cooler than my other mattress.
