I have gone through 4 mattresses in 4 years. They were either poorly built, too soft or too firm causing back aches or sore presser points. I have both hips replaced and one knee. I purchased the Tempur-ProAdapt Medium Hybrid about 7 weeks ago. This mattress is awesome! It is supportive without being hard. You feel yourself being cuddled without sinking into it. It is easy to move around in. I normally sleep hot but with their cooling technology I'm cool and comfortable all night. It used to take me quite a while to fall asleep, Not now, I fall asleep right away. I used to toss and turn through the night, now I can fall asleep and stay asleep for the entire night waking up in the same position. I'm both a side and back sleeper and this mattress is great in either position. I can't say enough about this mattress. It cost more than my other mattresses but it is well worth it. I just wish I had gotten it sooner. I look forward to going to bed and sometimes go to bed early because it is so comfortable. I have the adjustable frame which makes it even more awesome. My back never felt sore and I felt well rested. In fact, my sleep tracker indicated an increase of 1.5 hours of deep sleep each night once I changed to the Tempurpedic mattress. I was more rested, even though my total hours of sleep didn't change. The cooling gel also kept us from getting too hot at night.

I wanted a firm mattress and this one is perfect! Best sleep I have had in a long time. Had a different memory foam mattress that just wasn't cutting it after 7 years, which really was 2 years longer than I should have put up with it. So happy to have this mattress.

Requires a period of adjustment but it's the best nights sleep I've had in a very long time. No longer having hip and back pain. The mattress conforms you your body for full support. Have recommended it to others and they purchased one and love it too. The pillows are just as comfortable.

Love the pro adapt hybrid. We replaced our 10 year old tempur pedic cloud with the twin Xl's and adjustable frames. Love the mattresses and the frames. We both selected the pro adapt medium hybrid but we could've had different mattresses in our king frame. We looked at the less expensive competitors but this is a long term purchase and used every day. No regrets; very happy.

This mattress is way too hard it's like you sleeping on top of a exam table. They tell me was hard because it wasn't broken so they told me I need to walked on it so I did for weeks then they told me it was hard because my house was cool so I put a heating blanket on it I've had it nine months and the bed is just as hard as the day buy it... I HATE this mattress.....

I generally prefer a soft/medium mattress and my husband likes the bed on the firmer side. We got the Temper-ProAdapt in medium and have both been very comfortable. When you first lay on it, the mattress feels quite firm (to me) but gently forms to your body and feels very supportive. It doesn't feel like you are sinking into the mattress, it is still comfortable to move or turn. And it was immediately comfortable from the first night. It also seems to stay cooler than our last mattress, we both sleep warm so that is a huge plus. We've also experienced little to no movement transfer, neither of us stirs when the other gets into our out of bed, which is really important because we aren't always on the same schedule. I also really appreciate that the mattress is very light. I like to keep our sheets really tight, so I lift each corner of the mattress and it is SO much lighter than our old mattress. I've been a side sleeper for my whole life and try sleeping on my back from time to time because I hear it is better for us and this mattress is the most comfortable I've been sleeping on my back. The delivery process was easy to set up and the gentlemen who brought it were pleasant and professional. It's been a couple of weeks and we are loving our mattress!

We ordered a split King and couldn't be happier. We thought the split might be a problem, but the beds fit nicely together and we barely notice the split. We highly recommend.
