We bought this mattress in hopes of spending the extra money on Tempurpedic to have life changing sleep. After 5 months we realized the mattress was still very firm, back breaking firm. We ordered the mattress in the winter and was told by the sales associate that the mattress would need to "warm up" to break it in. It's well past the break in period and also past the sleep trial period so unfortunately we are left with this hard mattress. I was in denial that it could be our brand new mattress causing my back and shoulder pain so I switched pillows, went to chiropractor, tried yoga nothing helped! Until I went on vacation and slept in a hotel plush bed and for those 2 nights my back pain disappeared so I know it's our mattress. I feel douped because our mattress is not as body hugging as when we laid on it in the store. We lay in our bed and it feels like a brick. Maybe luxury does not equal comfort.

I wanted a firm mattress and this one is perfect! Best sleep I have had in a long time. Had a different memory foam mattress that just wasn't cutting it after 7 years, which really was 2 years longer than I should have put up with it. So happy to have this mattress.

After 22 years sleeping on our wedding gift from my parents, it was time for us to get a new bed! Not to mention the many times our chiropractor recommended we invest in a proper mattress to help heal our bad backs... nervous, naive & hopeful, we found a sleep expert at Art Van Sleep Center to help us! After our sleep study by kind & knowledgable Ana, we were able to find a mattress & power base to suit both our needs! After the first night we felt improvements, now, 3 weeks later...on this new bed... I feel like an entirely new person! I have less pain, more energy & I feel like I breathe better too! There's nothing like putting your bed in a Zero Gravity position for a few minutes, then stretching yourself back into the flat position... it's like a chiropractor IN my bedroom!!! I / we highly recommend this mattress & power base! Only regret... why did we wait this long?!? BEST wedding anniversary gift to ourselves EVER!❤️

The mattress itself is pretty comfortable. Not as comfortable as I thought it would be for the price, but it's a good mattress. I'm 6' around 175lb my wife is 5'9" around 125lb and we both sleep pretty sound..... but constantly wake up sweating. While the mattress does contour to your body, it also traps a lot of heat in and causes a lot of heat. If you sleep cold and want to be hot, you'll love it. If you're like most people and would like to sleep cool.... this isn't the mattress for you.

We gave it some time to break in and now the both of us love this bed! It gives us both the support and comfort we are looking for.

I've tried several different beds in the past and decided to give Tempur-Pedic a try and let me just say that they did not disappoint. I splurged and bought myself the king medium hybrid and have been sleeping through the night. Usually I toss and turn but this thing is so comfortable. I don't get back pain and when I workout hard and have sore muscles it's comforting to get to just lay on it and know I'll be getting a good nights sleep. Do yourself a favor and give them a try!!

The combination of TEMPUR material and premium spring coils brings comfort, pressure relief, and reinforcement-a true blessing after a long day of work and a lengthy drive home. The pressure-relieving foam provides soothing support to my back problem. What I appreciate most is the breathable material and SmartClimate Cover System, ensuring I stay cool throughout the night. Waking up feeling hot and uncomfortable was a major issue for me before, but not with this mattress. Additionally, its removable and washable cover makes it super easy to keep clean. It's currently a little firmer than medium, but I understand that it needs to 'break in' to my body and will hopefully soften over time to its true feel and provide the perfect balance of support and plushness for an even more restful night's sleep. These mattresses are not what they once were before. I started off with a medium firm, it was too firm and caused sharp pain on my elbows and shoulders. Then I was steered towards the soft; which turned out to be too soft, it feels like a cheap 20 year old mattress with no support at all, I literally sleep in a bowed position. Because of the lack of support, I filed a warranty claim under the impression I received a faulty product, the warranty chose to deny my claim after making me hop through hoops of fire for them. (warranty literally wants you to take a picture of the whole mattress with no sheets, a straight edge on it and a quarter in between the straight edge and the mattress at specific angles, multiple times I explained to them the integrity is faulty not the actual physical shape) Because of this faulty/poor mattress I have developed a constant subtle lower back pain. I'm out of my house 3-6 nights a month, and the nights I don't sleep on my Tempur Pedic I wake up with no pain on my back and actually somewhat rested, I have come to dread sleeping on this mattress. Tempur Pedic has no timeless classic of a product, their lineup is all propaganda. Their mattresses bottom out at varying points depending on the firmness and when they do it is the equivalent of concrete not clouds. The competition has caught up to Tempur Pedic, they are no longer what they once upon a time were. A consumer can buy a mattress of a fraction of the cost with a topper and have a better quality sleep. Until further notice I'm stuck with this mattress because I financed it and cannot simply throw it out. Neither Tempur Pedic, the box store I bought it from are willing to hold themselves accountable for this poor product. You have been warned.

Bought this to replace my son's bed and he loves it. He sleeps better and says it is very comfortable. We did get an adjustable base, and he really likes to zero gravity feature. Sometimes he has to lay flat though if he is moving around a lot, the zero gravity prevents his turning over all the way.

Not as great as everyone says it is. I was very excited for the cooling feature because I sweat a lot at night and after the first night with this mattress, I've never sweated more in my life. And it's been multiple night, still have yet to notice the cooling feature. Very disappointed that this is non existent..:
