They used to be good quality. Recently, there has been a ridiculous amount of loose skin flakes. Im pulling out almost a tablespoon of skin flakes per cup. No longer a quality product, will shop elsewhere for beans. picture is what I pulled from about 2.5 cups

Have gone down in quality

These are very clean beans.  They're mych lighter in color, i believe that's due to the cleaning process and it makes for thinner skin on the beans.
Very nice.
