[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This topper has saved my back! I have a 10-year-old mattress that was starting to dip and sag making my back hurt every night. Don't be alarmed when it arrives, it will be a compressed ball that you will wonder how in the world will this ever become what it is supposed to be. Trust me, within 24-48 hours it will decompress into all that you hoped it would be. This topper evened everything out and I am able to sleep flat again! It conforms to your body weight even as you roll and shift. As far as the cooling part of it I'm not sure with the season changing and all, it's hard to say. It is definitely cooler than my previous topper though! With the memory foam, it does make it fairly firm though, which I like, but if you need a softer sleeping surface you may need a pillowtop topper to buffer. Definitely worth it for the money either way! !

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mattress topper for multiple reasons: 1 I'm a hot sleeper and previous memory foam toppers were way too hot and I was so uncomfortable I ended up just sleeping on the floor for relief, 2 I sleep on my stomach so I need something soft but supportive and usually when it's supportive enough it's too firm to sleep the way I do comfortably. That being said, this topper has the best of both worlds, the comfort and support of a memory foam with the cool softness of a gel. I can't say enough about this topper. In addition, my boyfriend is a back sleeper and he loves this thing and says that his back felt so much better. So now we don't even have to replace our mattress and we are getting great sleep! FYI hangs slightly off the a queen sized bed but to me it's a plus so that it doesn't have that horrible gap with smaller toppers.

I am so glad we didn't have to spend a bunch of money on a new mattress! This mattress pad is so soft and comfortable! I even put one on the guest bed!

I would buy the Sealy 1.5 CoolGel Memory Foam. This has been a great addition to my bed. I have recommended the Sealy 1.5 CoolGel Memory Foam Mattress Topper to various family and friends. They have bought it and they have commented that it has helped them sleep better. I'm happy that they were able to give it a try and that it has helped them sleep better also.

Ever since getting my new bed I've been miserable, it's too stiff and makes sleep less than desirable. The first night I put this on my bed, I don't think I woke up at all during the night to turn over like I've usually had to from being extremely uncomfortable/sore due to my mattress. The topper isn't the type where you lie on it and completely sink into it, you do go down in it but it more so hugs the body and contours to you. This helps me to stay in whatever position is comfortable for me, without feeling sore or like a limb is going to sleep. I've also noticed since using this I'm not waking up in the middle of the night overheating, almost like it regulates my body temp. It's not like you get in bed and say wow, that's cold! It's more of the feeling you get while sleeping, it just helps your body to distribute heat better it seems. Great topper, will buy this again if I ever need one!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Sealy Cool Gel Memory Foam Mattress Topper has been incredible. It's so comfortable to lay on and really makes for a better nights rest. Your body just sinks into the foam and it's so relaxing. My sheet fits great on top of it and stays just fine. It doesn't bunch up or move around at all.

This mattress topper has been absolutely amazing and saves me from waking up with a sore back and shoulders. It stays nice and cool so I dont wake up hot and uncomfortable in the middle of the night. It is great quality and has made sleeping so much easier and more comfortable.

I do not think that it is all the "cooling" in my personal opinion. I tend to sleep hot though so it takes a lot for me to consider something cool. If you don't want to spend money on a mattress this product will work great for you. I didn't notice much of a chemical smell when I opened the product but I will say that it did take it awhile to expand to its full size. I didn't think it would fit but it did eventually. It is very well made and I think it will hold up over time. I did receive this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mattress cover is thick and soft, which is really nice to lie down on each night. However, I don't really notice the "cooling" effects that it claims to offer. It does feel a little bit cool when you first lay down on it, but then it doesn't seem to maintain or keep cool throughout the night. It also slips on my mattress and causes my fitted sheet to come loose even though I have deep pocket sheets. Overall, it's a nice addition if you need another layer of softness for your bed, but I wouldn't purchase it based on the cooling claims alone.

This is firm and nothing like gel memory foam I've ever had. Feels and looks like regular foam ! I do not recommend. Will try to return though it will be difficult.
