[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cooling is great space is adequate however the ice making is very subpar for any refrigerator out there had to end up getting an aftermarket under the counter ice maker to make up for it.

I'm not much of an ice user, but I find myself liking the ice bites more than I expected. The SmartThings connectivity is nice, but not something I'd miss if it weren't there.

Bought this in Dec 2023. Stopped working Nov 2025. Samsung support is terrible. They make you jump through multiple hoops with suggestions for two authorized repair dealers ina. City of 1.5 million people. Compressor has 10 year warranty, but Th catch is that labour is not included. Buyer beware!

Really spacious and allows us to put lots of things in the fridge.It also has a deli drawer.Only thing that I wish it had was a water dispenser.But since we live in the country, our water comes from a well anyways. I control everything from the app temperature and check to see if the door is open as well.I also get notifications when it is open for too long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Mega Capacity fridge so far! We haven't had it long yet but so far everything seems fine. We did not hook up our fridge to water / did not hook up the ice maker for personal preferences. The Smart Things app is cool and useful to track the fridges usage and be able to check the door is closed when out of the house. Of course the storage is our favorite part. It is so spacious without taking up more space than other fridges with the same dimensions. We can fit so much in this fridge which is needed for our love of cooking!
