[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like using this refrigerator. It's got great features. I love the ice making and a room that it has.

I like having the freezer at the bottom, and the double doors on the refrigerator. I was able to easily add the refrigerator to my Samsung Smart Things app and I can see any alerts and also monitor the refrigerator and freezer temperature. The icemaker looks easy to use, but I don't need one. It was nice that the refrigerator came with the line to hook the icemaker up to the water. One of the shelves allows you to slide part of it back, and this allowed me to put my Brita pitcher and cold brew dispenser on the bottom shelf. It would have been nice to be able to fully adjust the shelves, but the workaround was fine.

Love the super fast cool off feature and the dual ice size feature as well as the massive refrigerator capacity. I can use the app which will show the efficiency of the refrigerator and also allow me to change the temperature and change the ice type. I absolutely love the fast cooling and fast freeze.Technology, which allows for quick food preservation if there's a power outage or for when I bring a massive quantity of food from the grocery store.

It always tells when to change the water filter. The storage capacity is very good. The compartments make it easier to store. The cooling can also be controlled from the app which is very convenient. Overall a great purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we had been looking for a counter depth unit with good capacity , this was a near perfect match to what we wanted , plenty of storage space with good adjustable shelving, cooling is efficient & we like the audible alarms if doors open to long or not properly closed

Plenty of room in the doirs for several gallon jugs, plenty of cans of soda, and still room for condiments. The extra slide shelf for those extra talk jugs is pretty ingenious. With such capacity the efficiency of this machine keeping everything cool and not frozen is amazing. The 2 drawers helps keep the fresh produce and luncheon meats fresh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Refrigerator is spacious, nice looking, and temparyure control is wonderful. The only thing I think needs adjustment is the weight of the doors. Because they are so lightweight, sometimes if you don't push hard enough, the doors stays open. I love that the app reminds you but would hate if we weren't home.

Have owned this refrigerator for 3 hours and already regret the purchase. Tor remove the shelves and/or drawers you must first remove the door bins partly because the doors don't open enough. You must hold 2 release tabs by the filter to release the glass shelf over the crisper drawers. I can't do it as a 51 year old female, forget it if you are elderly. I still have not been able to remove the Quick Space shelf from the other shelf to adjust and remove packing. The fridge is large enough, but if I can't figure out the Quick Space shelf I will have a lot of wasted space. Crisper drawers can't be customized. I never even thought to look at that because I never owned a fridge that did not allow for customization. Also disappointed to see this fridge has Peak Adjustment enabled. It does have to disable it, but how many people aren't aware and don't read their manual. The unit cooled off quickly and ice is already being made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this Samsung refrigerator expecting the dual ice maker to be a great feature, but the large cube ice maker has been a constant headache. The small ice side keeps working, but the large cube side repeatedly stops making ice. At first it looked like it randomly quit. After troubleshooting multiple times, I found the water line appears to freeze or block, causing the large ice tray to stop filling. Then after thawing the freezer or waiting, it starts working again — only to fail again later, especially if the large ice bin stays full for several days. This means the ice maker is unreliable unless you constantly babysit it and use the large cubes fast enough to keep it cycling. That defeats the whole purpose of having a premium dual ice maker. I've had to run test cycles, empty bins, thaw the freezer, monitor temperatures, and troubleshoot a nearly new refrigerator just to keep one side making ice. No customer should have to do that on an expensive appliance. When it works, it's great. But the recurring large ice maker freeze-up issue makes this fridge frustrating and disappointing. Would not recommend if dependable ice production matters to you.
