Emergen-C has been a stable in our house for several years. I decided to buy this version with Zinc. I personally think that this definitely helps you when you’re sick. I like the stronger taste!

Love this stuff. Prevents me from getting sick all year long. My husband has been using it for over 2 years and has gotten sick once. I was previously using Elderberry and it did not work as well.
