The mattress comes vacuum sealed in a box. When you open it lay it out for 24 hours as seen in the uploaded picture. I highly recommend this for a good night sleep with the price of it too. It did have a slight warehouse odor for the first 24-48 hours but that is no longer detectable. It sleeps well and somehow manages to feel both soft and supportive. After sleeping on it for two weeks I can honestly say I have no complaints!

The memory foam top is so soft and the support from the springs keeps you from sinking too low into the mattress. It is on the soft side of medium so if you prefer a firm bed it isn’t for you. My husband sleeps on his stomach and finds it to be a little too soft for himself. The biggest downside to me is that the springs can be felt on the sides that could potentially pinch fingers or be uncomfortable if you hang your legs off the bed when you sleep. Overall it’s super comfortable and I believe it’s worth the price!

To start, the mattress didn’t even come with a label — no brand, no specs, nothing. That was the first red flag. The edges are extremely soft, like a pillow, and the firmness is nonexistent. It sinks in the center, even after rotating it, and we’ve had it for less than a month. Honestly, it feels like I ended up with a cheap Temu mattress by mistake. As bad as the mattress is, the return process has been even worse. I've been dealing with it for almost a month now, and there's still no resolution. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish. I would not recommend this mattress or seller to anyone.

I can feel the springs and after 1 week it is sagging .I weigh 90 lbs. very disapointed. Will I be charged for returning and can it be picked up from my home?
