They have a cotton lining which is fine but I prefer 100 percent cotton all around for maximum breathability. Would not recommend if you're looking for plain cotton undies.

It’s 100% more comfortable than the bikini kind! I never felt so comfortable with underwear as I am wearing this one! I haven't had anything this comfortable ever. The waistband doesn't roll or make a muffin top. The leg elastic doesn't pinch or dig in. Where have they been all my life? They're true to size and while they're not a high rise fit, they have excellent coverage and are so comfortable. They arrived with some loose strings that initially made me question their durability but have washed and worn these several times and they have held up well.
