Well, I made chili with this recently and it was delicious. I had some of my coworkers try just to see what the response was and they really, really liked it. It is really good. It has a rich, well rounded taste and I really didn't use that much of it. I would definitely get it again.

We need this spice in our household being fans of spices that add a kick to fish, chicken, steak, beef and other foods. Delicious.

I make my own taco and chili seasoning and use this for both. Would prefer it didn't have the silicon dioxide.. I am sure there is something else that can keep powder from sticking like rice powder or arrow root powder.

Buy two cans of Rotel, pound of hamburger or chili ground, 1/2 onion chopped and a tablespoon of crushed garlic. Brown the meat, season with salt and pepper add the chili powder and rotel. Simmer and then..BOOM CHILI!

I love chili powder in almost everything for a little spice, much more than just making chili, but definitely for chili also. Members mark buys and brands excellent products and this chili powder is a good example.
