Been using Microsoft since 1996. Avoid Windows 11. WAY WAY too many updates. Talking hour long updates. Daily updates. Just had a firmware update that shut me down for four hours . Tried multiple times to schedule updates, but those go away when it auto updates in the middle of your work day. Its all the AI crap they trying to program in. MS has become crap. Moving our Co to Apple ASAP.

Desktop didn't come with basic office word software. You would think for paying over 800 dollars it would come with some basic office software so you can type letters, but I had to purchase it separately for another 149 dollars.

HP has and continues to del on my computer needs

So far this new computer is giving me all that my old computer was lagging in.

This is an excellent PC for office use. I love the large screen and its fast performance.

This computer was supposed to be an easy fix to have a desktop at my home. But after a week, it's been a problem over and over again. The monitor suddenly goes out and I need to tilt it forward for it to display and when I try to tilt it back, it goes out. There is no camera or speakers and so I need to plug in headphones which is odd. The monitor doesn't come back on after the computer goes to sleep so you can't log in again and you must hard shut down. I ended up just never having it go to sleep which is frustrating and impractical. I want to return this computer.
