It has not lived up to expectations, with what we paid I expected a comfortable nights sleep but instead wake every morning with a back problem. Talked to several dealers before our purchase and for side sleepers was told which would be the best choice.

We are at the 90 day mark my husband loves it I on the other hand am have had difficulties with this mattress since day 1. I'm sore when I get up in the morning but it wears off throughout the day. I have a very physical job so I look forward to restful sleep in a comfortable bed. I'm not getting that with this mattress. I'm hoping it will get better with time. Also I feel that the edge of the bed is beginning too slope so I try to stay towards the middle.

This is our first memory foam mattress experience. We were intrigued by the company's offer of cooling qualities, the mattress' longevity, and the support it promised to provide! We were advised by our salesman that the bed would need 4 - 6 weeks to offer maximum comfort as we became accustomed to sleeping on this type of mattress. I slept soundly the first night on the bed, but it has taken my husband a little longer to adjust to the support it provides. However, three weeks later he agrees that it was a great investment and we are both enjoying a restful night sleep.

This mattress is so comfortable. I'm a side sleeper and was always waking up with hip pain from our old mattress, but no more. Within the first couple of days is sleeping on the Tempur-Pedic, the hip pain and random aches were gone. Very happy with this purchase.

I was hesitant about the price, but after pulling the trigger, I could tell just after the first night for years, it would take me at least 45 minutes in the morning to get moving. Now I get out of bed and I feel 20 years younger and move right away. I should've bought this bed 10 years ago. Go for it you will not regret it

We tried several stores and mattresses, and never tried a tempur-pedic throughout the time we spent mattress shopping. All other mattresses were mediocre but when we finally tried out the tempur-adapt medium model, my mind was immediately was made up. Unbelievably comfortable. Puts other mattresses to shame. Ive always had trouble falling and staying asleep until I bought this mattress! Now I sleep like a rock.

I do a lot of biking and skiing, so my body feels it at the end of the day, and the purple wasn't up to the task. But the Tempurpedic made an instant impact on my body and my sleep. I track my sleep patterns and there's little movement and I do not wake up at all, which tells me the bed is doing it's job. I feel better than I have in years mentally, so what more could I ask for. We thought the pillow-top was just fine but often struggled with back, hip, and shoulder pain as we grew older and routinely lifted our ever-growing toddler. Recently we upgraded from a queen to a king size bed and decided to splurge on a Tempur-Pedic mattress. We will never go back. I used to be awoken by my husband tossing and turning - but not with the Tempur-Pedic! I never ever realized how disrupted my sleep was until I was able to sleep soundly. Also, the back, hip, and shoulder pain I mentioned; markedly decreased. The Tempur-Pedic wraps your body and alleviates the stresses of the day. Now when I travel and have to suffer with a normal hotel mattress, I miss home. We love this mattress so much we are gifting my parents a 3 inch Tempur-Pedic mattress topper for Christmas!

I had always been suspicious of the high price of Tempurpedic mattresses but I've got to admit that they are definitely worth the price. I always used to wake up with a headache and my joints feeling really stiff ever since I was a child. It was also hard just to fall asleep too, it would take me hours of tossing and turning. I have always heard of TempurPedic's reputation and decided to blindly purchase the mattress without testing. I fall asleep easy now and wake up feeling great. Initially it did take me about 3 days to adjust to the mattress material, but now I fall asleep like a baby now and wake up feeling amazing. If you are considering I definitely recommend you go ahead and make your purchase.

When I called the salesman said to wait awhile and it will soften up. One month later, I am still waiting and hoping it will. Seems to firm for a medium. Has not been life changing that's for sure. When I say I do not recommend, I am only referring to the medium mattress.
