We ordered the medium hybrid Adapt mattresses based on trying them at a store. After a month we realized for sure that we were used to and wanted a more firm mattress. The exchange process has been a challenge. Through the whole order process and exchange process we were twice charged the wrong amount. The first time has been corrected but not yet the second time. The mattresses themselves are comfortable just not firm enough for us. We had been sleeping on an original Tempur-Pedic mattress that is 14 years old and still good. The folks have been courteous and friendly. Just the process and the charging system needs work so the correct amount goes through the first time.

We bought this mattress to replace a bulky pillow top mattress with a large indentation on my side of the bed. I really like the way this mattress takes its shape back when I'm out of it. Also I thought it may help with my lower back pain when getting out of bed. Unfortunately it's not the case the back pain is still there. Not the fault of the mattress. Temperpedic is a great mattress.

I have a queen-medium firmness, and it supports my lower back and curves just enough without letting them sink to deep. It truly does form to your body in all the right way, without feeling any other sleepers in the bed. Even when my 100lb dog jumps in at night, I don't feel it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have used memory foam mattresses for years in my whole family. This mattress blows all of those other ones out of the water. At first we were a little skeptical about the firmness. Upon laying on the bed at first it feels like it is going to be a hard mattress, but as you lay on it you can feel your body kind of sinking into it. The mattress really does conform to your body. I used to toss and turn all night long trying to find a comfortable spot to sleep in. With this mattress I roll onto my side and I move maybe once during the night to readjust myself, because I no longer feel the aches from being in the same position while sleeping. I love that this mattress does not cause any aches and pains while sleeping in one spot for hours. I can even fall asleep better with this mattress. I have a hard time with falling asleep at night, but I get so comfortable and relaxed in this mattress that that hasn't been an issue. I used to have to take Melatonin just to be able to fall asleep. With this new mattress that has not been an issue for me. The one downside I think of this mattress has is the thickness. I personally prefer a thicker mattress, and a higher bed. That is a small issue in the grand scheme of things and I would choose a comfortable mattress over the depth of a mattress for visual reasons. I would recommend this mattress for anyone who wakes up with everyday aches and pains, because they WILL be gone. You will wake up refreshed and well rested! We have dogs that will sleep with us and would keep us awake when moving around. Now the bed doesn't move when they do which means better sleep. Not to mention how comfortable it is. I love it!

Although the mattress is very comfortable in and of itself, I can not find any bedding that fits properly. This mattress is slimmer than others and even the tempurpedic mattress cover (which I was told would fit snugly), slides and bunches as do the tempurpedic sheets I purchased with elastic bands. I have never had this problem with a mattress before and am very dissatisfied.

The mattress is very comfortable but the top layer is extremely slippery! We had deep pocket bed sheets and since this model is only 11" the top sheet slides around A LOT, which is very annoying. Wish we would have known that beforehand and we may have opted for the thicker 12" option. We are considering returning but don't want to go through the hassle. :-/

My experience has been bad. I bought the mattress from a local mattress company. When I started to have back problems I called the number for Tempurpedic that said "Need Help? Talk to a sleep Expert." They refused to help me other than to tell me to call the mattress store since i did not buy the mattress direct from Tempurpedic. When one spends a lot of money to buy an expensive mattress, one would want to try it out first and you can't do that by ordering it directly from the manufcturer, I would think. I think I got the run around from Tempurpedic. I spent a lot of money for an expensive mattress and they only were willing to talk about if there was a factory defect. A back problem was a "comfort" issue and I was told to call the mattress store. The most useful comments suggested below says to contain specific information: How this product has changed my life: I have a back problem now. I don't know if it was coincidental with the purchase of the Tempurpedic mattress. But despite giving a phone number to call for help, I felt that they blew me off. Things you love about it: Nothing Things you don't love about it: I spent a lot of money to get a superior mattress, and I don't know if it is contributing to my back problem or not, but Tempurpedic in my opinion is giving me no useful help.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this mattress and was excited to get it. I was aware upfront that it takes a little breaking in, but it's well work the effort. It is a firmer mattress, but contours to your body perfectly to allow for the spine to be supported appropriately. My morning back pain has significantly decreased. My only issue is specifically with the one that I purchased. One side has broken down considerable more than the other and to roll from one side to the other is like climbing over a fence. It's almost as if it had been pre-owned and they sent me one that had been returned during the 30 trial period, which is a purchasable option in the store. I did email this information previously, but never heard back from anyone, so I was a little disappointed in that.

My fiancé and I bought this bed and it is the best investment ever. She sleeps on her back and she has slept amazing since the product . She snores every night but won't admit it . Best sleep ever and even better with the adjustable base . We could literally stay in bed all day.
