My prior non-Tempurpedic bed was almost 20 years old (the bed was finally sagging and causing pain in my hips and lower back), so I decided to purchase a Tempurpedic Adapt because of all the great reviews. The bed was extremely uncomfortable when I purchased it - like sleeping on the floor. Never realized foam could be so solid. I spent a lot of time in my recliner those first couple of months, which should have been an indication to return the bed. Even though it would have cost me. I thought to wait it out and it would get better. The bed has helped alleviate my hip pain, but I almost never sleep more than 4-5 hours straight any more cause of the pain in my upper back, shoulders, and neck. The only bed I have slept on that I have never been able to 'sleep in'. Additionally, I find it difficult to roll over and will wake up before rolling over. The bed is well made - it's not a cheaply made foam mattress. Just wish it was comfortable. I know that I could have Spent More Money on an upgraded model that may or may not have been softer. Or I could have paid less for a quality pillowtop (inner spring) from a reputable brand. This bed will soon be going to the guest bedroom - nobody will want to stay very long.

unable to complete process and promotional code used only worked for one mattress when it was a Split King XL twin replacement. Ive been trying to get this taken care of for three years. Unable to comment on Adapt Hybrid as I'm not sure this will ever happen.

Love this mattress. Took me 3 days to find the right setting with the base but once found - pure comfort. Best sleep Ive had probably, ever. Love the ZeroG feature as a setting as well. Minimal swelling in my ankles and relieves pressure off the back.

I've never slept better than I have since I bought this mattress! I sleep like a baby. This mattress is very comfortable and cozy! I used to toss and turn and wake up through the night. Now I can sleep through the night without even waking up once! It does take getting used to though, when I hop into bed though as there is no "spring" to it like you get from a regular mattress. Totally worth the investment!

Been using the bed for about 4 months now. It took a while to break it in, but has not sagged yet. We had tons of problems with customer service. Had to move the bed upstairs by OURSELVES, and the bed frame has a hold in it from the shipping company. They chose the wrong shipping company and tried to blame us for accepting the order when it arrived at the front of the house. Like how were we suppose to know this?! Definitely did not get the "white glove" delivery!

We have had our tempur-pedic mattress for over 10 years. It is the best thing we have ever bought. I am shopping for a larger size now. When I go to bed it is with pleasure as I lie down and feel the bed seem to hug me. You will not be sorry. My husband has a bad back, fused neck, bad shoulder, bad knees and lots of health problems. This mattress has been his only help.

We both love our new mattress! While the cost was a bit more than we had intended to spend, it is worth every penny. We both get a more restful sleep and wake with fewer aches, a plus for seniors. And ones moving during the night doesn't disturb other person, a blessing!

This brand is expensive and advertises as top quality. This mattress has no cooling feature though is supposed to, and is extremely hard and uncomfortable. I feel I got something that should have been rejected if tested for quality. Do not spend your money. Buy something reasonably priced from any brand.

My new mattress is just heavenly to lie upon and the bed frame is much more attractive than the older one. I like how you can adjust the height. It's a winner!

One of our objectives in buying a mattress was to avoid partner knowing when I was changing positions. This has been perfect. Matter of irritation. In order to fill out the warrantee information, one has to supply the serial number. In order to do that, you have to strip the bed to find the tag, and then remake the bed. They should warn you ahead of time at the store and/or when they bring the mattress to get the serial number before making the bed.
