[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently had cervical surgery and while I loved the Tempurpedic Contour Supreme mattress I had, it was too firm after the surgery. I purchased the medium Adapt, and it is exactly what I needed. Just firm enough for support, but soft enough to not cause shoulder pain. Best purchase ever,

I sleep very comfortably, often with mattress in the zero gravity position. I find it a bit awkward/hard getting out of bed in both the flat and z-g position, which I find odd. I love the comfort and ease when sitting up and reading. I also have an older Tempur-Pedic (when there was only one version), which I still love and use equally.
