[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are expensive mattresses, no question. But I cannot stress enough that it is worth the investment. Your body will literally thank you. Years of back pain, waking up with sore shoulders, neck, stiff joints... ok well I still get a little of that but it's at minimum a 70% improvement and I've had the bed for a week. If that's not miraculous I don't know what is. Buy and hold on. Best sleep I've gotten in a decade. Easily.

We had a Tempur-Pedic mattress for 19 years. The best sleep ever: no tossing and turning all night. Whenever we traveled, we couldn't wait to get home to our Tempur-Pedic to get a good night's sleep. We recently decided to get a new mattress and chose a Tempur-Pedic adjustable bed. Now we don't have to prop up pillows to read or recover from surgeries. For us, it is still the best night's sleep! There are a lot more choices of models and firmness now, so be sure to explore all your options. And don't be surprised when your pets, kids, and grandkids want to sleep in *your* bed.

Because I have lower back issues and am a side sleeper with arthritis in my shoulders, hips, I ordered the medium. After sleeping on the mattress for a few months, the mattress is still too hard for me. I do not get pressure point relief.

Sleep quality is good. But the edge that I sit on while getting into bed, and upon arising, has softened....and is getting softer. Getting harder to get out in the morning without rolling off the bed. (I am 88 years old weighing in at 156 lbs with all the aches and pains worthy of an 89 year old guy.) You already know all the good stuff. Your mattress is great while i'm on it, I sleep really soundly; but I guess I need a step stool.

I slept on a Tempurpedic for 32 years, It was perfect,until it died. I never thought of getting any other brand. I have had this mattress for 30 days. The first two weeks were fine. Then, one morning I woke on a series of lumps,bumps, crevasses and things poking me when I sat. I phoned you, but nobody called me back. It said to walk on it on my hand and knees. I have P.T. For my back and knee once a week and .I,m 95, but I did it as best I could. No change. Under my body the mattress has softened, but the bumps are there, The other side if the bed is still bad, but I try to press and release. Every night I lower the bed( it,s adjustable), and try to work it, but to no avail. There are even bumps under my pillows. I must sleep in one position. If I move I,m up. Some nights I strip the bed and smooth the protector, but it doesn,t work. I looked at a topper, but there,s no promise of relief. I did not notice any odor, but I have wakened with swollen lips and mouth a few times.. Today is 30 days. Tomorrow I will call to initiate return. I have looked at other tempurpedic and other brands these past two days. I can,t walk very much, but I tried. I know you will charge, but I can,t bear it anymore, Your mattresses are different now, and .i don,t know who can like them. Maybe this one is defective, and others won't have a problem, but every one I sat on in the store was bumpy,.I,m tired and a little emotional so I hope I can be dispassionate when I call.

One of the concerns we had when shopping for a mattress was how the foam would hold up over time. We were assured that with the 10-year warranty we would have no issues. This was a very comfortable mattress but the foam began to rip right at hip level and lost all support through that area. The foam is torn the full thickness of the foam in a 14 inch by 6 inch L shape. It's unusable. We submitted a warranty claim and were denied due to “liquid damage”. We never had liquid spilled. This was normal use which fell short of their warranty by 3 years. Buy it if it's comfortable but don't buy it for the warranty - they will not stand behind it.

4/30/26 So far, so good, I've had this split king for <3 weeks. I an sleeeping much better. My low back really appreciates the adjustability of the mattress. Time will tell whether mattress support will be adequate in a few years or unacceptable. Contact me at 5 and 10 years

I had a previous Tempur- Pedic product! The previous one was great, but this product is excellent! I really sleep better & great for back support! It has been several times when I did not want to get out of the mattress & not go to work because I was sleeping so well! Keep up the great work!

I sleep better with this mattress I have a bad back with bulging desk and a compression fracture and I sleep good and it supports me better than the mattress I did have and my wife also as a bad back she as had back surgery and as hardware in her back and she sleeps very good it took her 2 or 3 days to get use to it but now she doesn't want to get out of bed. I just wished I was able to get there pilows also but there price was to much

My husband and I sleep amazing on the TEMPUR-Adapt®: Medium Hybrid! Low back pain gone, no more tossing and turning. Wish we would have made this investment for our health sooner!
