This mattress is deeper and firmer than my previous one that I had for 15 years. Not very good for my bad back and neck but can't afford the softer, more expensive one. Maybe it will mold to my body over time but not so far and it's been almost two months.

It is clear to me that I didn’t know what I was missing all these years. The bed is helping me with some of my medical problems where nothing else would. It has my recommendation. John-Wayne, our salesman, impressed me with his extreme knowledge of medical conditions along with his knowledge of all the various products and which one would be the best match for me. My delivery team were two outstanding young men. They were kind and professional. Amazingly, they took my entire old king size bed apart, moved it down into my basement and reassembled it. Im a big guy and has good bounce from the spring feel sturdy to hold up thru the years.time will tell. I dont overheat so thats a huge plus. so far only downside is the unkown and i would have liked more foam softness on the top of the mattress to get a lil more sink in feel.
