There’s always a breaking in period so at first it’s a little hard then as it conforms to your body it because a lot more comfortable. It fits our bed frame perfectly. My hubby and I don’t overheat at night like we did with our old mattress. And he even says his back pain has gotten better since switching to this mattress.

It has just the right amount of softness, but yet still firm. I will never own a different mattress!! I love the black color as well!! It sits up nice & high which makes it look & feel even better!! Ordered the Plush Pillow Top Queen size. It's very plush, comfortable, and supportive. I don't wake up with hip pain or lower back pain anymore. Price is kinda insane, though -- luckily, it was $600 off when I bought it, plus a $400 Sam's gift card with purchase. It also runs a little hot, although it's advertised as being cool, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

I wanted to be IN the bed, not ON the bed, and this mattress feels like a dream! The pillowtop holds me like a baby. Somehow this mattress is soft and supportive at the same time. It pulls you in and holds you just right. Worth every penny. I also got an adjustable base with massage & zero gravity position and I’m absolutely in love! Laying in bed too long doesn’t hurt anymore!

It's so ridiculously comfortable I'm having a hard time waking up for my alarms. I'm also having a problem with my family stealing my bed and not wanting to get up. Honestly though, this is amazingly comfortable, extremely supportive for a plush pillow top, regulates temperature shockingly well and is of the utmost quality. I have been waking up every morning feeling completely refreshed and have had no issues waking during the night like I used to all the time. Aside from these attributes, it's also beautiful. The durability it amazing it has handles on side as pictured above. You also don't get hot while sleeping and the support is unmatched my back is not killing me anymore when I first wake up.

After trying 3 beds from my local mattress store I finally gave up and went to Macys’s where I found this luxury Beauty Rest firm mattress. I have spinal fusions and chronic back pain and have had this bed 5 days and in absolute sleep heaven. I wake up with no back pain and can sleep comfortably on my back or side. This mattress is worth every penny if you want support and comfort.

If you use box spring , it will be a little bit tall. Really comfy to sleep on- doesn’t sink down and cause back pain like other mattress. Plan to buy one more for my son bed

Sleeping on it feels like the most luxurious hotel bed, and the motion isolation is so nice. I used to wake up from the shaking of my husband putting on his socks while sitting on the bed, but now it doesn’t bother me because I can’t feel the movement! I’m sleeping through the night since we got this mattress because it’s so comfortable.
