Says firm but more like a medium. Perfect for us. Does not sleep to warm.

Amazingly soft, best nights sleep I've ever had

We have two homes and this is our second Beautyrest Black. That should say enough. We love them.

A rather supportive mattress without the downsides of a foam mattress.

Replaced a Temper Pedic that was way too soft. Much happier with the black series.
