It turned out firmer than we expected. The quality seems ok. We’re considering a mattress topper to add some give.

Absolutely LOVE this mattress- traded a much more expensive STEARNS & Foster which gave me a backache— wake refreshed!!

So far the mattress is still stiff but it is starting to adjust to my body. It is comfortable and helps my back. A very good mattress.
