Again, another defect in BB Black Series one chosen from previous other hybrid too soft..this seems better per store try-on not nearly as good as another expensive brand but AGAIN have to have a redelivery due to close inspection of holes from dimples on top to hold top down sewn with white thread clearly rips from the same or ? Called for new replacement. Very tired of buying mattresses within price range that don't compare in quality to higher end brands, unfortunately.

I am beyond pleased with my new beauty rest. I have layed on Hastens and Hypnos mattresses and this is nothing short of the same quality and comfortability. It is the most comfortable bed I have ever layed on and don’t doubt I will have it for the next 15 years.

After trying 3 beds from my local mattress store I finally gave up and went to Macys’s where I found this luxury Beauty Rest firm mattress. I have spinal fusions and chronic back pain and have had this bed 5 days and in absolute sleep heaven. I wake up with no back pain and can sleep comfortably on my back or side. This mattress is worth every penny if you want support and comfort.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In love with my Beautyrest Black 2024 Line 1 Extra Firm Size Queen 😍 OMG This mattress is simply wonderful! It's been a while since I've had nights of sleep like I'm having now! I wake up renewed, the color is perfect too! The durability of the product also does not compare with the other brands!

We have a Beauty Rest Black C-Class Pillow Top. Worst money we ever spent, and it was not cheap. (4,699). It is now nearly three years old, and the Pillow Top stays depressed, except for the middle, which no one sleeps on. We are not ‘large’ people, so the weight is not a factor. Sadly, we are stuck with it as it will be a few years until we can replace it with something else. Honestly, I would give zero stars if it were an option.

Extra firm but now getting soft in the middle

We think we like it. It’s quite firm. Perhaps we’ll get used to it.

Very firm, on e broken is should be perfect

It’s a great mattress for support and for comfort all at once

Too soon to really evaluate it because I just got it but loving it so far
