Love the 3-in-1 especially when you have a newborn. The bassinets and changing area are convenient. We keep this downstairs and love that it's within reach. It is a bit bulky but love what it does. When ever we travel, we make sure to take this play yard for baby to sleep in and a safe space to play in.

Absolutely love this play and stay play yard! My son is 4 weeks old and I find myself constantly doing diaper changes and setting him down for his naps in it. Besides him being comfortable in it, I also feel reassured because it's so safe. I currently have it in my living room since that is the area we are mostly in during the day and I love how aesthetically pleasing it is! The colors are elegant and look lovely with the rest of my decor. I loved it so much I purchased one for my friend who will be having a baby soon!

What a well-made play yard. My oldest is 7, so I've been using play yards for years and I have to say this one is well above the rest I've used. It's built really well, is so easy to set up and I LOVE the padded bottom for comfort. Set up was really simple and the instructions were very clear. Take down is easy, as well, making this very convenient for travel. Loved the pockets on the side for extra storage!

This is our third kid and I wish we had this for our previous two. First of all I love the look of this. The colors are very modern and it fits in great with our living room decor. The padding for the playard, bassinet and changing table are extraordinarily soft and thick. Our baby girl looks so content and comfy when she is in it. I love that I can flip both changing table and bassinet to the side so she can use the whole area of the play yard and when I need to change her I can just flip it back in less than a second. How awesome and convenient is that? It's so easy to put the whole thing together and take it apart. It comes with a travel bag which makes it so easy to take with you to a relatives house or on vacation. I am so impressed with this I will definitely recommend to friends and family. Thanks again

I have absolutely loved this thing with our newborn. The setup was extremely easy and the directions were very easy to follow. Compared to playpens that I have used with my other children in the past, this one really outdoes them all. The built in bassinet and diaper changing table is so convenient. My baby would not sleep in any other spot for the first 2 months of his life and it was honestly so convenient with the diaper changing table right beside it and room to store all his essentials right on the side! It has plenty of room to put all of your diapers, medicines, wipes, and even some extra clothes right there. It is extremely easy to clean up any accidents as well. I also love that I can easily take the lifter out when he gets a little older too and use it as a full playpen. The value and use that I can get (&have already gotten) out of this thing is incredible. It is very sturdy and trustworthy and the materials that it is made of seem of very high quality. There is honestly not much negative that I can say about this item other than the fact that it could be made a little easier to take on-the-go, but it is truly much easier than any others I have had, although still always a pain. Other than that, you could not ask for a better playpen that will grow with your little one!

I received this product in exchange for a honest review. The Play and Stay Play Yard is super spacious, enough room for my little one to stretch and play. I love how it comes with different connections for changing as well as setting our carseat on it while we get everything settled. It's perfect, doesn't take up a lot of space and durable. This is definitely something I would get if I have more kids. It's easy to put together and put away. Also easy to fit in the car when traveling.

I received this product for free in exchange for a review. I think this is a great product for the price point. I liked the material and overall multipurpose of the pack and play. I think this would be a great product to use day one of bringing home a newborn. This could be setup in the living room since it has both the infant bassinet and changing station. I think that the changing station was a bit small but having the pockets on the side help with storing diapers and wipes. Once your baby is out of the newborn stage this pack and play grows right along with them to a bassinet and then to a typical pack and play. I felt that once put together this was lightweight to move around but if you travel a lot it is pretty heavy and bulky. Assembly was easy and I liked the pocket for the instructions so I could easily reference when setting up or taking down. I would recommend this product to a friend and to anyone looking for an affordable pack and play.

I received this item from my baby shower with the plan to use it as a bassinet in our bedroom. The attached bassinet was soft and fine but you’re only able to spot clean the cushion part.. it would have been nicer if it was a removable pad that you could throw in the wash. At 2 months my baby was 23inches and already outgrowing the newborn bassinet which would have been fine since I had planned to transition him to the full size hammock like bassinet of the play yard but the cushion on it is basically nonexistent. It is so hard it feels like a sheet of plywood and again not able to machine wash it. Very disappointed and sad that it is too late to return and now I’m going to have to find another option before transitioning him to his crib. Overall the lack of cushion and ability to throw it in the wash were the two biggest disappointments and fails for me.
