A really great pan. It basically cooks the food and cleans itself. Nothing sticks and cleans easily. I’m getting rid of my other pans and buying every size.

I purchased the smaller 8” pan to see if I would like it…. I LOVE IT! I will definitely add the larger size to my cart. Clean up was amazing….the weight is nice and sturdy, this is not going to slide off the cooking surface

These pans withstand the rigors of use on a commercial stove which we use in our kitchen. They heat evenly and are very durable. Coating is very durable and they clean up in a flash. The removable silicone grip means they can come off the a screamin' hot stove and go straight into a hot oven for finishing on next-level dishes. Better value than pans 2x-3x the cost, and economical to the point if you bang one up after several years of abuse you can just trash it and go buy another. Two professional Chefs in this household, so we "use" our cookware without mercy on a daily basis and expect it to perform. The 10" pan is very versatile. These pans get it done!

A real frying pan with a good heat surface. Don’t expect it to heat fast because it’s a good thorough heat.
