Eggs stick every time. No matter what i use to fry them in, Pam spray butter, bacon grease. They fry dried up and stick to the pan and I hate it .

Love this skillet for cooking fried eggs. The fried egg just slides out of the skillet on to your plate.

A really great pan. It basically cooks the food and cleans itself. Nothing sticks and cleans easily. I'm getting rid of my other pans and buying every size.

Great little skillet food just glides across this pan! Idk if it needs it but we use a little drizzle of olive oil or a ½pad of butter. In any case, its a solid HEAVY pan for its size holds heat well and good for the oven use too!

These pans withstand the rigors of use on a commercial stove which we use in our kitchen. They heat evenly and are very durable. Coating is very durable and they clean up in a flash. The removable silicone grip means they can come off the a screamin' hot stove and go straight into a hot oven for finishing on next-level dishes. Better value than pans 2x-3x the cost, and economical to the point if you bang one up after several years of abuse you can just trash it and go buy another. Two professional Chefs in this household, so we "use" our cookware without mercy on a daily basis and expect it to perform. The 10" pan is very versatile. These pans get it done!

Scratches easily. Had to use oil, ect for it to release eggs
