I have always loved this pan.  Not sure what happened, the last on started flaking around the rim and falling apart.  I've been extremely careful with the new one and it's showing scratches already and I use no metal.  There won't be another one purchased.

Absolute junk now.

Great little skillet food just glides across this pan! Idk if it needs it but we use a little drizzle of olive oil or a ½pad of butter. In any case, its a solid HEAVY pan for its size holds heat well and good for the oven use too!

We will be buying the bigger size one next time!
