A coworker told me about Berberine actually works better than the metformin .So happy that I tried it

Not really sure how much of a difference they make when I take them but I think they do make some difference.

Worst Berberine ever. Still sick 1 week later. I would have given it a zero if that was an option. Returned to Sams for a refund.

I have loved how berberine helps curb my appetite. I don't have as many sugar cravings and it has been a big help for my weight loss. I take it during my meal and it seems to be helping.

i bought it on a doctors recommendation and it works no more Metformin.
