These have worked for me. Curbs hunger and don’t crave sweets. No side effects so far just sometimes a burp that’s not so great

I am now beginning my 2nd month on the Berberine. I've been on Berberine 500 mg for over a month and I love it! I can't say anything but great aBout this. My numbers are back to within normal limits! Helps with weight loss. I have taken this Berberine for a few years on and off and it has definitely helped my lipid levels. I do recommend this product.

I am only taking 1-2 a day instead of the 3, one before each meal. This pill makes me very regular and i can feel myself completely emptying. I am a nurse and i know my self when it comes to irregularities...i am happy with what it's doing to my body. I have HA1C in july so i'm excited about the result. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I've been taking this supplement for over two years now and so far it is the best single thing I have found in helping to keep my blood sugar down. Just as good if not better than many of the medicines out there and also has the beafit of lowering my total cholesterol.

Didnt lower sugars. According to the Libre, the sugars went up during the period of time the supplement was taken. We can see the data patters. Data is good to have to monitor the effectiveness of this product
