just begun taking berberine an it is helping my sugar which means a lot to me if it continue then I will order another one so keep up the good work.

Very bad! Open the capsules and look at what's in it! Maybe 10% is Berberine? and the rest??? UGH! I would have returned it but hubby through the receipt away. Buyer Beware!
