I picked the Louisiana one and while pretty save decorative, it is a little less useful functionality wise. Otherwise no complaints here! It is coated for a nonstick surface and will make a great baking dish for brownies or ooey gooey butter cake and can also be used as a charcuterie dish! The dish is made of ceramic and appears it will hold up well to frequent use!
