very disappointed 1st go round

Bought this for my girlfriend on Nov. 1st, shipped from California to New Jersey via FedEx. Received today followed instructions on start up. There was nothing happening, only lights were on, wasn't pulling water for the ice to make, called Frigidaire for support they told us to call the other number in the manual. Did that and was told to us by support that there was an internal issue to return it to Sam's Club. Just ordered the 2nd one to see if this problem persists

Very Loud Ice Maker

Had this ice maker for 3 months & it got louder & louder and louder. Finally gave it and returned it to Sams Club. It's kind of a big unit to be on a kitchen counter, but it makes a lot of ice quickly, but I just couldn't stand the noise.

Very Disappointed

Bought this unit and everything was fine for about 2 was, then it started to make a loud humming noise. Made the mistake and bought another unit, which was even louder than the 1st. Returned both units. Will buy bagged ice for now till I find a decent quiet unit.
