Dustin vacuum robot

Suction is not up to par with other less expensive units.  Sometimes it doesn’t connect properly when it returns to empty and recharge.  We need to push it in ourself so that it makes contact and recharges.  On two occasions already we have had to open it and manually empty it.  It’s not worth the price or the hustle.  Cannot handle our two dogs.  We’ve had several units by far the shark brand remains the best one.  Should have gotten a shark.

More trouble than it’s worth

Our Dustin has seamlessly integrated into our condo apartment and family life. The tracking and maneuverability are top-notch, making it the best robot vacuum we’ve ever owned or seen in action. The sleek black color adds a touch of elegance to our home.

While the app could use some improvements, like adding a “skip next run” or “prioritize this room first” feature, we are hopeful for future updates. Turning off edge detection has significantly improved Dustin’s performance on our rug, as he no longer avoids the dark areas.

We love how efficient and thorough Dustin is, and it would be fantastic to have a feature to send him to another room to rest, especially when we want to use the space for VR games. Overall, this is a super cool product, and we are committed to sticking with this brand of robots for the foreseeable future!
