I have struggled with crab grass in the past... i have never tried a pre emergent until this product. I was very pleased with the results. This is the first season that i do not have any crabgrass. I think that the other complaints could be contributed to them putting this product out to late. once the crabgrass has germinated, its to late. The bonus with this product is that it also fertilizes. I wish it were cheaper but you get what you pay for.

I've been using Scotts lawn products for over 4 years now and am very impressed. I've use lawn services and competitive products, but none perform as well as the Scotts program. I have been fighting a problem with crab grass for years & found this product finally solved my problem.

The label on this product shows two types of applications, rotary or drop. The problem is there’s four different rotary spreaders they sell. On other Scott’s products they show settings for each type of spreader. Why does this one not have each type of rotary spreader and the correct setting for each.
