Pros: Easy to assemble, easy to use, the large bin adapter works great and saves so much time. Cons: A bit heavy but a strap would help alot, large bin adapter gets very dusty right off the bat, recommend eye wear and mask.

I bought WG505 a couple of weeks ago and only got to use it for a couple of hours. It worked like a charm until... the release on the collection bag snapped and then, to put the cherry on top, sucked up a part of a stick that was apparently too much for it to handle. Blew the side of the collection tube out and broke a blade on the impeller. Unfortunately, the replacement parts that I'm finding cost more than to purchase a brand new one. RIP leaf blower and mulcher...

I bought the product primarily for the vacuum feature. I have a backpack leaf blower that I used for my lawn, but wanted the vacuum for the garden area and areas close to the house. It works well, but it is very awkward to use with a collection barrel. The barrel easily tips over if you're not paying attention, and the shredded leaves tend to collect around the elastic part of the bag covering the barrel. Make sure you drag the barrel into the woods before you take the bag off; otherwise, you will have shredded leaves all over the place.

I've had one of these for 8 years. Most awesome piece of equipment I've gotten from Worx yet. 16:1 reduction is true believe me works well . Dry leaves are better but it will work on damp ones very well. Have a replacement in the box just waiting. However the original just keeps trucking along. Very satisfied customer here.

I have had a Black & Decker blower/vac for many years. Was always a pin in the neck to switch between blower and vac/mulcher. The tri-vac is so easy to change with just the flip of a lever. The blower is quite powerful and I like that it is variable speed. Also like how easy it is to connect/disconnect the collection bag. I like the metal impeller over the plastic impeller that was in the B&D. It go chewed up easily. Also clogged quite often and was a pain to clear. Have not yet had that issue with the tri-vac, but it disassembles for access to the impeller quite easily. Over all another first rate Worx product.

My garage is filled with Worx equipment, however my lone Worx tool disappointment concerns the vacuum version of this unit. Compared to my previous competitor's blower/vacuum, this blower has twice the power, however the vacuum falls short. The blower is above average which will greatly assist in completing the job, but in my opinion the intake to the impeller is one half the diameter of the previous unit which may contribute to the low vacuum performance. The vacuum will only intake a low volume even at highest speed level, very loose leaves. If you have very large pile of leaves, as in my case, bring out the rake and leaf bags. Again the blower performance will assist in the leaf roundup, but vacuum portion did not meet my typical expectation for a Worx product.

Had great expectations, even though it was a plug-in. The blower, very weak, my battery run Worx blower is a lot stronger. The bagger, is cumbersome and found myself emptying the bag way more than should be expected even though the suction is abysmal. It struggles to pick up more than a FEW leaves at a time. The unit itself, is heavy and unlike the bag, has no strap. I tried to make it work as I would have to lose the tax and shipping cost if I sent it back. Alas, I decided to return it the same day, and take the loss. Good riddance !

Purchased the product in early March of 2019, and the impeller began to wobble in the later part of March 2020. I thought this was the answer to an annual leaf clean up process that I’ve done many years. In 2019 this product made it so much easier and saved me so much time. In 2020 the day started as it did when the product came out of the box. 15 minutes into leaf cleanup the impeller box started making an unusual whining noise and before I could turn off it started shaking in my hands pretty violently. I took it apart and cleaned it again to find a plastic “cap” dislodged. Now I will work with the company to come to a resolution.

Bought one several years ago and liked it. Two years ago bought a second for a second home. The bag attachment has been changed. It is a struggle to get it on and off. Have tried lubricating both ends for an easy slide on. Still a bear to get on and off. I become more fatigued pulling it on and off than I do mulching leaves. Design very poor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this on Black Friday and it has worked great. It really does mulch the leaves to fill a bag. The only negative is that its electric and not gas so if you have a big yard you will need a long extension cord.
