[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great product overall. This was purchased as a set for the ADU we just built, and we have the gas version in the main house. Very pleased with the performance. Two minor gripes: 1. in order to initiate either the burners or the oven, you have to hold the on "button" for a few seconds, just feels too long or I am overly inpatient. 2. In order to turn the oven light off, your have to turn the oven on first (see gripe 1).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This induction stove with air fry / convection oven makes cooking fast and delivers excellent outcomes. The cooktop heats food so quickly that it is done before you know it. On lower heat settings it keeps food warm without burning it. The oven also heats up quickly and then bakes / fries / broils food evenly throughout. Baked goods such as cakes and pastries especially benefit from the even cooking which helps prevent outside charring while delivering perfect interior consistency. The one thing I would change on this range is greater contrast on the controls which can be difficult to see without direct bright lighting.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The stove works perfectly with precise temp control. So far, about 3 months of use the stove has exceeded our expectations. Cooktop heats up super-fast and is precise for cooking, only took a few times to figure out the best temp to cook, like eggs for example then it is the exact same every time. The Technology is great!! The Oven cooks perfectly as well.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the finish of the induction range. It is easy to clean and doesn't scratch. It is easy to use and quickly adjust to the new temperature.

Since owning this range, the right front stove top burner has always been a lot hotter than the others, and wouldn't you guess it, almost exactly 12 months later it stops working, it says it's on but doesn't get hot. So I guess I'm stuck with getting it fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best Purchase Decision ever! I had “high end Brand” kitchen Equipment before buying and giving a try to Samsung for the kitchen. I was hesitating on buying equipment that I know is already great for TV, with the misconception that such good brand could not be good at every appliance. Not only I bought the stove, but the Smart Exhaust Hood too, to connect to it. I’m in love w/ the easy of cleaning, how fast I can cook and no smell at all around my house.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Absolutely loving this range! The induction cooktop boils water incredibly fast—faster than any stove I’ve used before. The air fryer feature is also a game-changer and preheats super quickly, making weeknight dinners a breeze. My only gripe is the touch panel’s location and sensitivity. It’s easy to accidentally change settings or turn things off while cooking if something splashes or you brush against it. Plus, the panel really attracts fingerprints and streaks, so it’s tough to keep clean in the middle of a busy meal prep. I haven’t found a perfect solution for that yet. On the plus side, we added a decorative cover to the cooktop, which not only looks great but also adds a bit of extra counter space when not in use. Overall, this range has been a fantastic upgrade—great performance, especially for induction and air frying—but I wish the touch controls were a little less finicky.

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! My mom has been trying to get her stove fixed or exchanged because it has been making this horrible loud sound to the point that it hurts our ears. We have had guest that cannot stand the sound when the stove turns on to cook. She has had technical support come out to check it out but of course like always it never makes the sound when they come! My mom, dad, brother, aunt, and husband have recorded the sound to send to her to help with her case and they are always giving my mom hopes that about it. Well here we are 5 months later and still the same bull crap. They keep closing her case and do not want to change the stove, or give her money back. This is a horrible company! Mind you my mom has the 2 year warranty.
