I only use the ScotchBrite blue scrub sponges for cleaning tasks around the house. Due to their toxicity, I never use them for pots & pans, dishes, or on anything that will be used for human consumption. The leeching blue dye continues to be prevalent with this sponge but over the last few years, I've also noticed that when I use the scrubber side on anything, say like a bathtub or a sink, it leaves this sticky blue residue that I have to then clean up with Bob Ami scouring powder and a regular sponge. I've also noticed that the scrubber side wears out fast and doesn't hold up as long as it used to. No longer a quality sponge so will be shopping for a replacement.

I love this product because I have recently purchased new stainless steel appliances for my kitchen. I also have a new stove that is stainless steel with a ceramic stovetop that can scratch easily. I am able to use either side for whichever surface that needs cleaning. My stovetop is where I really use the sponge due to the fact that it will get "spots" on it that just a regular wiping will not take care of. I also love the fact that I can put any of your sponges in my dishwasher to disinfect it. Sometimes sponges get a bad rap because of carrying germs. They don't carry germs if taken care of properly. I rotate sponges out and put the dirty ones in the dishwasher (my own personal autoclave) to be disinfected. Your products are fabulous! Keep up the good work. If I had any suggestions it would be to reduce your prices and make it known in a commercial. Let the consumers know that your company wants to help families in this horrible economy. Let them know that your company not only wants to keep them clean and safe from germs but that your company wants to help out their wallets too. Thanks, Cyndi

Scotch Brite Non Scratch Scrub Sponge is great for cleaning bath tiles, bathroom sinks, and those tough dried on spills in the kitchen. Scotch Brite Non Scratch lives up to its name and does not harm counter tops, sinks, or cookware. The sponge side is great for wiping spills while the scub side makes cleaning tough grime easier. It is an effective scub sponge when removing stuck on food in casserole dishes. I use Scotch Brite Non Scratch Scub Sponge for all my cleaning needs.

I use the sponges daily for washing dishes. They work great but I found that they start to smell after a few uses. I am washing the sponges as thoroughly as I can but I am unable to avoid the smell. I found information onlne that has helped a lot which is to microwave the wet sponge for a minute after use. That works but it seems to degenerate the sponge more quickly.

Scotch-Brite's Non-Scratch Scrub Sponge is my favorite Kitchen sponge. It works wonderfully on the non-stick pans that I have. No worries about scratches, and gets the mess off quickly and easily. The color is bright and cheerful. If I could only have one, this would be it.

Having longlasting sponges is key in our household. We use the sponges for washing dishes, cleaning counters and other cleaning tasks we have around the house. I would highly recommend any scotch brite product. Keep up the good work.

Have used this product for years and will use no other...Its great for taking food off dishes, pans, etc...And leaves no scratches and safe for even baby articles...Have passed this product to my children who also use it daily...Also use it on book covers after going to yard sales to remove any depree before using..

On one side, it's a soft sponge and the other has the scrubber I call it. The scrubber has just enough grit to safely get those stuck on pieces of food off without ever scratching my tableware or pots and pans. Lasts long.
