It did smell a bit a bit funny when I opened the package, but that went away with the first use and it has NOT smelled since,. I waited to write the review to see how it lasted and I have found it be fine. I haven't experienced any issues and would recommend it.

My family has been using the scotch brite scrubs for generations.. It provides the ultimate cleaning without even harming the utensils that we love. I am a clean freak so if I can trust and be happy with scotch brite anybody can .. love you Scotchy !!

I will ONLY buy Scotch-Brite to clean anything with. This sponge is tough enough to get food off the counter, but gentle enough to clean my burnerless range. It takes care of all of my cleaning needs without having to buy different sponges for different jobs. Thanks Scotch-Brite!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] 3M gave me this free product to evaluate. The Scotch Brite Non-Scratch Scrub Sponge was just right. It is shaped to easily fit a hand. The Non-Scratch side worked easily to clean my pan. I like the happy fresh blue color, it just makes me happy! It works well on dishes, and glasses, but is strong enough to clean up the messy pots! 3M has another great product, try it, it's just right!

This scrub sponge lasts for a good month. I like to keep my kitchen clean to keep my family as healthy as possible. So scrubbing counters and dishes is a must. I like a good sponge. I put it in the dishwasher to keep the sponge clean. A high quality product that lasts longer.

We have used this product for years but in the last few months (or more) we have noticed that these great sponges fall apart MUCH faster than they used, to. They are still functionally the same, but they just don't last very long anymore. Maybe a week, at most. We are so disappointed that 3M changed them so that they fall apart faster. They will not sell more sponges, they will just lose customers!

Quite honestly, I have to say I don't know what we would do without the Scotch Brite scrub sponge. I always keep them near my kitchen sink as I use it daily. The greatest thing about it is that this scrub sponge doesn't scratch my cookware (even non stick pans). Not only do I count on it in my kitchen, we use them at our place of business. We have a coffee counter with lots of coffee drinkers and go through lots of coffee cups. It keeps them in perfect condition for our customers. It's the only sponge I'll let my employees use to keep our cups and counter looking great! Thank you Scotch Brite.

These are terrific! It's the only sponge I use. I use it on everything! I don't have a dishwasher so everything gets cleaned in the sink with this little blue sponge. My glassware, my good china, my Corningware all gets clean with no scratches or streaks.

This is a handy size sponge that cleaned the caked on grim off my dutch oven perfectly. The only thing that I don't like is that the sponge doesn't last that long. The scouring pad seems to lose it's "scouring power" after a few days of use and sponges are still a breeding ground for germs.
