Vacuum is great but the battery life is horrible. I can't have a complete cleaning in one day so I decided to get a third battery for an extra $50 only to see the vacuum product is reduced in price by $60. So now I'm paying essentially an extra $90 only to be able to get a days cleaning in. Considering returning product.

I have 2 Dyson sticks and last year I decided to purchase this ePro because of the cost of the new Dyson's. The vacuum is lightweight and the additional tools are a plus! The only thing I don't care about is that I have to run it on low or medium to be able to get through my 1800 SQ ft home which is all tiled. I have 5 cats and lots of fuzzy things at times! I can only put it on high for the area rugs. Battery should have been upgraded to last longer on the high setting or include a second one. Otherwise great deal on the price, it's worth the money!

The build quality of this vacuum is decent, but the battery is ridiculously under-powered. Using the highest suction setting, after only 4 minutes, the power meter went from 100% to 15% and then at 5 minutes, the power shut off. I didn't get a chance to finish cleaning even half a room.

Poor design, cheap components, and awkward handling make this vacuum a real disappointment. Shame on Sam's Club for selling this substandard merchandise. The cost of returns will hopefully put this product off the market. You cannot fold this vacuum for storage. The provided hanger doesn't fit and knocks the battery free. The part you hold is too heavy and the tube has a joint that constantly disconnects making vacuuming tediously ackward.

I loved my new vacuum. It has great power on high setting. But that depletes the battery in 10 minutes. I love all the attachments, ease of use. Great for my hard wood floors. Lightweight which I love. I have had it 2 days and neither of the 2 batteries will charge. Now what? :( can I get free replacement batteries or do I send all of it back. Makes me sad to go through a teturn process so fast.

Great vacuum, It came very well packed and organized. Very easy to assemble. I love the power modes and the simple click on and off, Its almost perfect! But, that battery is lacking, it takes 1 hr. to charge but it only lasts about 10 min on high. All day on the charger is the same result, Over all it is a great value! Come on SAMS, do something about the battery! Let the Vacuum do the sucking not the battery.

I purchased this stick vac thinking I would probably return it. I had just a week prior purchased a different stick vac from another store and was decently happy with it. I am extremely pleased I did my due diligence and bought the ePro Select Vac. The ePro vac punches way above its weight class. Terrific design on most elements: Where it Succeeds: 1. Power. The default setting of Medium is sufficient for most uses. You are going to run your battery down to nothing in a heartbeat if you goose it into HIGH. Seriously, Medium is fine is almost all situations. 2. Floor Attachment: Articulates nicely, giving an effortlessly smooth vacuuming motion on tile and on short nap carpet. 3. Bin Emptying: Easy Peezy. Uses the common push release tab to empy. 4. Filter cleaning: Again, well designed for easy cleaning. Where if Fails: 1. Battery Life: Horrible. On MEDIUM, the battery goes down 10 percent in 3mins 12 seconds. On HIGH, you will burn through 10 percent of battery in 43 SECONDS!!!! C'mon ePro, that's insane. Mitigating this issue is you do get two (2) batteries with the unit and more important, MEDIUM is sufficient for most uses. 2. The Floor Attachment does not clean along its edge as well as it should, leaving behind dirt along baseboards. It does clean well along the leading edge of the floor attachment. 3. Trigger is way too sensitive. You will inadvertently shut the unit off frequently until you learn to keep your finger off the trigger mechanism entirely. 4. LED headlights are not the high efficient LED's found in other, evenly similarly priced stick vacs. The light this unit throws is dim. I suppose in an effort to minimize battery drain. 5. The removable rotating brush is not ideal as there is no "anti-hair clogging" comb built into the unit as found on today's similarly priced stick vacs. It is, however, relatively easy to remove, clean, and replace. If you are looking for well priced stick vac that you can use daily for 20 mins max at a time, this is a good deal. It's got warts, but it is also under $100 bucks and does a great job of light weight cleaning. Much better than other units I have tried in this price point. Why 5 Stars with as many warts as I have found? Simple. None of the flaws keep the unit from performing as intended. At $150, this unit would only get 3 stars. At Eighty bucks, it gets 5!
