Each battery is lab-tested fully charged after 3.5 hours with run times of 10-60 mins pending speed and attachments. Please contact us at service&#64;eproselect.com to try to troubleshoot it further for you.<br />Run times may vary, but typically a full charge will last 45-60 minutes on the lower setting recommended for floors and handheld use, 25 minutes on medium and up to 10 minutes on the turbo setting. The type of floor surface and accessory tools can also impact run time. <br />Our model features a detachable battery that can be interchanged with another battery pack sold separately, recommended for larger homes and frequent cleaning.
