Battery doesn't hold a charge long enough
Wish the battery would LAST LONGER when you vacuum at the top power. Got it to do homes I clean. It is easier to transport than corded vacuums. I have to carry the charge cord every time I leave for work. It picks up ok even at lower speeds. In fact it picks up well at all speeds. The battery just hold long enough to vacuum a WHOLE HOUSE. So I guess I'm going to have to find an extra battery or buy a different brand.

Decent Cordless Vacuum
I was SO thrilled to receive this product, but unfortunately was a little let down with a few aspects of it. The pros are that it is SUPER convenient to use, it does a great job at picking up items, it’s easy to empty, and it has several amazing attachments that will make my life so much easier. It was easy to put together, and there are 3 strength settings which is nice! This is going to be amazing to use out in my car! The downfalls are that it almost feels cheap. It is light which is nice but it is almost too light which makes it feel like it isn’t high quality. The battery life is the other downfall. The box says 60 minutes, but there is no way! I assume it means 60 minutes on the low setting, but when I used the higher of the three it decreased by 30 percent within minutes.

Won’t charge!
I bought this vacuum 9 months ago. Seemed like a great little set up with tools and hanging holder and charging station. HOWEVER, it soon wouldn’t hold a charge for long and now won’t charge at all. I’ve tried plugging the charging cord directly into the vacuum rather than the charging station/hanger. Nope. Won’t charge at all. I’ve used it MAYBE a dozen times.

Great price, but under delivered.
122723 - First and foremost, the battery life isn't very good. 10 mins in "turbo mode," really? A whopping 10 mins of the best suction this thing produces. Not very impressive. The suction wasn't that great and the debris canister was a bit small. Kind of a bummer the unit doesn't stand by itself too. I get mounting it to your wall, but the darn thing should be able to stand upright when not in use. The maneuverability, the attachments were nice, and the price was (Christmas timeframe, huge discount) great! Being cordless is awesome, but the battery life just isn't where it needs to be. Heck even the Dyson models are just as bad. One hour is nothing!

Poor battery life.
I bought this item to clean up pet hair. I have to use it on high or I have to go over the same area twice. The battery dies out after about eight minutes when used on high, very disappointing. It seems to be of good quality except for the lousy battery.

Was excited about getting this vacuum, but unfortunately I'm not very happy with it. Batteries do run out quickly, but the most annoying thing is that it kept shutting off bc says clogged every 10 minutes. Also, it is very hard to clean the top part of the filter above the dust container.

junk, I had such high hopes for this vacuum. brought it home all excited hooked it all us thinking Inwoukd be keeping this. well after 24 hours of using it it is the biggest piece of junk i have ever purchased. i'm so disappointed. broke after 40 mins of using it and the battery life last about 12 mins. and each charge takes hours.

Why pay $800 for a Dyson? Buy this!
This is a fantastic vacuum. We compared this to Dysons when we bought because we were looking at dropping about $800 on a new Dyson V15. Long story short I'm SUPER glad we didn't get the Dyson. This is really, really good for the money. Sure it doesn't have a brand name but... it's a vacuum. All it needs to do is work like promised and it really does a great job at that. The battery lasts as expected and I really like the digital display that shows exactly how much time is left before it runs out.

Wished I loved it, but poor battery life
Battery Life: after fully charged, lasted 23 minutes at regular speed, not what I was hoping for. I will update the review with Medium and high speed usage. Pickup was good. Attachments: Can be removed and added easily. Charging: Why even have a wall mount if it won't charge the battery? Yes it will hold the accessories, but with a dead battery that you can only charge with it off the wall mount with the battery on the unit (poor design). Why would anyone think of creating a wall mount that doesn't charge the unit? I completely have hardwood floors and very minimal rugs, so i only vacuumed in the niches the automatic vacuum could not reach and my stairs. One positive is it was easy to use to get to tiny places and great for my stairs. I just barely got to those crevasses and stairs when the battery wore out, not even the second floor and I am single with no pets. Not sure if I will keep it or not, will have another go at it. It did pick up well, but I would need two charges to finish my house. For the price it was ok, but 23 minutes at regular speed was a bummer, from the reviews, Med and High kill the charge even faster - YIKES.
